هدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء برنامج مقترح قائم على مهارات توظيف بيئات التعلم الشخصية في تدريس الجغرافيا باستخدام التعلم المعكوس الافتراضي المتقدم لتنمية الإنتاج الإبداعي ومهارات التنظيم الذاتي لدى طلاب الدبلوم العام، وتكونت مجموعة البحث من (32) من طلاب الدبلوم العام تخصص جغرافيا للعام الدراسي 2020-2021. واستخدم التصميم التجريبي الذي يعتمد على مجموعة واحدة بقياس قبلي وقياس بعدي، وتم إعداد قائمة مهارات توظيف بيئات التعلم الشخصية في تدريس الجغرافيا اللازمة لطلاب الدبلوم العام تخصص جغرافيا، وقائمة معايير الإنتاج الإبداعي لبيئات التعلم الشخصية في مجال الجغرافيا، ثم بناء قائمة مهارات التنظيم الذاتي، ثم تم بناء المحتوى العلمي الخاص بمهارات إنتاج بيئات التعلم الشخصية في تدريس الجغرافيا واستخدام التعلم المعكوس الافتراضي المتقدم في تدريسه لمجموعة البحث، ثم تم بناء أدوات القياس المتمثلة في بطاقة تقييم المنتج الإبداعي ومقياس مهارات التنظيم الذاتي للتحقق من فعالية البرنامج، حيث تم تطبيق مقياس مهارات التنظيم الذاتي على مجموعة البحث قبلياً ثم تم إجراء تجربة البحث وتم تطبيق مقياس مهارات التنظيم الذاتي وبطاقة تقييم المنتج بعدياً، وجاءت النتائج تؤكد أنه يوجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمحك (80%) في أبعاد الإنتاج الإبداعي لبيئات التعلم الشخصية ككل وعند كل مهارة وذلك عند مستوى 0.001. كما أشارت نتائج مقياس مهارات التنظيم الذاتي إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياس القبلي والبعدي لصالح القياس البعدي في المهارات الرئيسية ككل وعند كل مهارة وذلك عند مستوى 0.001، وهو ما يؤكد فعالية البرنامج في تنمية الإنتاج الإبداعي ومهارات التنظيم الذاتي لدى مجموعة البحث. وجاءت توصيات البحث تؤكد على ضرورة الاهتمام بتنمية الإنتاج الإبداعي ومهارات التنظيم الذاتي في التعليم الجامعي وتضمين المستحدثات التكنولوجية وتطبيقاتها العملية في برامج إعداد المعلمين بما يواكب تحديات العصر ومتطلباته. The aim of the current research is to build a proposed program based on the skills of employing personal learning environments in teaching geography using advanced virtual flipped learning to develop creative production and self regulation skills for general diploma students, and the research group consisted of (32) general diploma students majoring in geography for the academic year 2020-2021, and the experimental design that depends on one group was used with a pre- and post-measurement, and a list of skills for employing personal learning environments in teaching geography required for students of the general diploma specializing in geography was prepared, and a list of standards for creative production of personal learning environments in the field of geography, then building a list of self-organizing skills. Then, the scientific content of the skills of producing personal learning environments in teaching geography and the use of advanced virtual flipped learning in teaching it to the research group were built, then the measurement tools of the creative product evaluation card and the self-organization skills scale were built to verify the effectiveness of the program, where the skills scale was applied Self-organization was done on the research group before, then the research experiment was conducted and the self-regulation skills scale was applied the energy of product evaluation dimensionally, and the results confirm that there are statistically significant differences between the scores of the experimental group and the criterion (80%) in the dimensions of creative production for the personal learning environments as a whole and for each skill at the level of 0.001. The results of the self-regulation skills scale indicated that there are statistically significant differences Between the scores of the experimental group in the tribal and remote measurements in favor of the dimensional measurement in the main skills as a whole and at the level of 0.001, which confirms the effectiveness of the program in developing creative production and self-regulation skills for the research group. The recommendations of the research emphasize the need to pay attention to the development of creative production and skills Self-regulation in university education and the inclusion of technological innovations and their practical applications in teacher preparation programs in line with the challenges and requirements of the age.
