هدف البحث إلى بناء برنامج في الأنشطة اللغوية قائم على المدخل التواصلي لتنمية مهارات التحدث لدى التلاميذ المعاقين فكريا بمدارس التربية الفكرية الابتدائية، وقياس فاعليته في تنمية تلك مهارات التحدث، وتحددت مشكلة البحث في: تدني مهارات التحدث لدى التلاميذ المعاقين فكريًا بمدارس التربية الفكرية الابتدائية، والافتقار إلى برامج مبنية في ضوء مداخل واتجاهات حديثة ذات صلة بطبيعة تعليم التلاميذ المعاقين فكرياً القابلين للتعلم. وللتصدي لهذه المشكلة حدد البحث عددًا من الخطوات والإجراءات لحلها، تلك التي تلخصت في: تحديد مهارات التحدث، وبناء برنامج في الأنشطة اللغوية قائم على المدخل التواصلي، ثم بناء اختبار لتحديد أداء التلاميذ في مهارات التحدث، وبناء أداة تحليل أداء التلاميذ في مهارات التحدث، ثم بناء دليل للمعلم لتنفيذ هذا البرنامج، واختيار مجموعة البحث للتطبيق، وتدريس البرنامج المقترح في الأنشطة، وتطبيق أدوات البحث قبليًا وبعديًا، ومقارنة النتائج واستخراج أهم ملاحظات التطبيق، فضلًا عن اقتراح عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات .وتوصل البحث إلى وجود فاعلية للبرنامج المقترح في تنمية مهارات التحدث فيما يتصل بالجانب الصوتي والجانب اللغوي والجانب التفاعلي. ومن ثم يوصي بعدد من البحوث المقترحة، منها: برنامج متعدد الأنشطة قائم على المدخل التواصلي لعلاج صعوبات تعلم اللغة الاستقبالية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية، و استراتيجية توليفية قائمة على المدخل التواصلي لتنمية الوعي الفنولوجي لدى التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم بالمرحلة الابتدائية. The aim of the research is to build a program in language activities based on the communicative approach to develop the speaking skills of intellectually disabled students in primary schools of intellectual education, and to measure its effectiveness in developing these speaking skills. To programs built in the light of modern approaches and trends related to the nature of education for students with intellectual disabilities who can learn. To face this problem, the research determines a number of steps and procedures to solve it, which were summarized in: determining speaking skills, building a program in language activities based on the communicative approach, then building a test to determine students’ performance in speaking skills, and building a tool for analyzing students’ performance in speaking skills, then Building a guide for the teacher to implement this program, choosing the research group for the application, teaching the proposed program in the activities, applying the research tools before and after, comparing the results and extracting the most important application notes, as well as proposing a number of recommendations and suggestions. The research found that the suggested program was effective in developing speaking skills in relation to the vocal aspect, the linguistic aspect, and the interactive aspect. Then, he recommends several suggested researches, including: a multi-activity program based on the communicative approach to treat receptive language learning difficulties among primary school students, and a synthesis strategy based on the communicative approach to develop techno-awareness among students with learning difficulties in the primary stage.
