يهدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء قائمة معايير تطوير بيئة تدريب إلكترونية لتنمية مهارات استخدام بنك المعرفة المصري لدى معلمي التعليم الثانوي. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض واستخلاص المعايير من الأدبيات والدراسات المرتبطة. وتمثلت أداة البحث في استبانة لاستطلاع رأى الخبراء في تكنولوجيا التعليم في مدى وضوح صياغة كل معيار وصحته العلمية، وكفاية المعايير ومؤشراتها، وعلاقة المؤشرات بالمعايير المنتمية إليها، وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة من المحكمين المتخصصين فى مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم. وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن التوصل لقائمة معايير يجب مراعاتها عند تطوير بيئة تدريب إليكترونية لتنمية مهارات المعلمين اللازمة لاستخدام بنك المعرفة المصري، تضمنت القائمة (13) معيارا و(48) مؤشراً. The current research aims to create a list of criteria for developing an electronic training environment to develop the skills of using the Egyptian Knowledge Bank among secondary schools' teachers. The descriptive research method is used in presenting and extracting criteria from the literature and related studies. A Questionnaire was developed to survey the opinion of experts regarding the clarity of the formulation of each standard and its scientific validity, the adequacy of the standards and their indicators, and the relationship of the indicators with the standards belonging to them.
