هدف البحث إلى رصد واقع مهارات عملية اتخاذ القرار (قبل التعرض لمشكلة أو موقف يحتاج لاتخاذ قرار)، (عند مواجهة مشكلة أو موقف يحتاج لاتخاذ قرار)، (بعد اتخاذ أي قرار) لدى طالبات برامج كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة جامعة المنيا (برنامج البكالوريوس نظام الساعات المعتمدة، برنامج التعليم المفتوح سابقا والمدمج حاليا، برنامج الدراسات العليا)، كما هدف البحث إلى رصد أهم معوقات عملية اتخاذ القرار لدى هذه الفئات، كما هدف إلى تقديم مقترحات وتوصيات تفيد في تنمية مهارات عملية اتخاذ القرار وتسهم في القضاء على معوقاتها، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت أداة البحث في استبانة من إعداد الباحثة، تم تطبيق هذه الاستبانة على عينة تتكون من 235 طالبة ملتحقة بالفرقة الرابعة برنامج البكالوريوس، و133 طالبة ملتحقة بالفرقة الرابعة برنامج التعليم المفتوح (سابقا والمدمج حاليا)، و98 طالبة ملتحقة بالدبلوم الخاص ببرنامج دراسات عليا، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن تحقق عدد من مهارات عملية اتخاذ القرار بدرجة عالية لدى فئات عينة البحث المختلفة، وتحقق عدة مهارات بدرجة متوسطة، في حين جاءت أقل نسب في التحقق للمهارات المرتبطة بعنصر الزمن في اتخاذ القرار، كما أكدت النتائج تحقق معظم عبارات المعوقات بدرجة كبيرة، ولم يتحقق أي معوق بدرجة ضعيفة، وأوضحت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في واقع مهارات عملية اتخاذ القرار بين فئات عينة البحث المختلفة ولصالح طالبات برنامج الدراسات العليا، وقدمت الباحثة مجموعة من المقترحات والتوصيات منها ضرورة تضمين المقررات والبرامج التدريبية المقدمة للطالبات المعلمات والمعلمات في أثناء الخدمة موضوعات تتعلق بالمهارات الإدارية والحياتية اللازمة للتعامل مع المتغيرات والتطورات العالمية مع التدريب العملي عليها. The aim of the research was to monitor the reality of decision-making skills (before facing a problem or a situation that needs to be solved), (when confronting a problem or situation that needs to make a decision), (after making any decision) for students of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education program, Minya University (the Bachelor’s degree with the Credit hour system, the former open education program and currently integrated, the postgraduate studies program), and the research aimed to monitor the most important obstacles of the decision-making process of these groups, as the research aimed to present suggestions and recommendations that is useful in developing the decision -making skills for these classes , and contributed to the elimination of its obstacles, as the research used the descriptive approach, and the research’s tool was represented in a questionnaire prepared by the researcher. This questionnaire was applied to a sample consisting of (235 students enrolled in the fourth year of the undergraduate program, (133 students enrolled in the fourth year of the open education program (previously and currently integrated), and (98 students enrolled in the special diploma of a postgraduate program). The findings of the research were resulted in the achievement of a number of decision-making skills at a high degree among the different categories of the research samples, and several skills were achieved at a medium degree, while the lowest percentages in verification were for the skills that is related to the time element in decision-making, and the findings confirmed that most of the expressions of obstacles were achieved to a large extent, No obstacles were achieved with a weak degree, and the findings showed that there were statistically significant differences in the reality of decision-making skills and between the different categories of the research samples and in favor of the postgraduate program students. The researcher presented a set of suggestions and recommendations, such as: the necessity to include courses and training programs that are presented to the students and teachers after and during the service that include topics related to the administrative and life skills needed to deal with the international changes and developments with the practical training on them.
