يستهدف البحث الحالي رصد تطور تشريعات التربية الخاصة بكل من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ومصر، والوقوف على أوجه الشبه والاختلاف فيما بينهما، وتحديد أوجه الاستفادة من تشريعات التربية الخاصة بالولايات المتحدة لتطوير الإطار التشريعي للتربية الخاصة في مصر. وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي لاستعراض تاريخ تطور تشريعات التربية الخاصة بكل من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ومصر، وقد توصل البحث إلى بعض أوجه الشبه والاختلاف بين تشريعات التربية الخاصة بكل من الولايات المتحدة ومصر، فضلا عن تحديد بعض أوجه الاستفادة من تشريعات التربية الخاصة بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية لتطوير الإطار التشريعي للتربية الخاصة في مصر، وفي ضوء ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج تم تقديم بعض التوصيات. The current research aims to monitor the evolution of both the United States and Egypt of education legislation, standing on the similarities and differences between them, and identify benefit from special education legislation in the United States to develop a legislative framework for special education in Egypt. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach to review the history of the evolution of both the United States and Egypt of education legislation, As well as identifying some of the benefit from the legislation of special education in the United States to develop a legislative framework for special education in Egypt, and in the light of what has been reached from the results of some of the recommendations were presented.
