سعت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن علاقة تقدير الذات بالتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بولايتي الشلف والجزائر ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في المتغيرين حسب الجنس، والتخصص، والأقدمية .اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي لإجراء الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (150) أستاذ وأستاذة موزعين على أربعة ثانويات في ولايتي الجزائر والشلف سحبت بطريقة قصدية وتم اختيار الأساتذة بطريقة عشوائية، كما استخدمنا مقياس تقدير الذات "لكوبر سميث" ومقياس التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي "لزينب شقير" وتمت معالجة المعلومات بالحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1) وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين تقدير الذات والتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01). 2) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في تقدير الذات لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي حسب الجنس والأقدمية. 3) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01) في تقدير الذات حسب متغير التخصص وذلك لصالح العلميين .4) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي حسب الجنس، التخصص، الأقدمية. This contribution seeks to reveal the relationship of self-esteem in accordance with psychosocial secondary school teachers of high school graduates provinces of Chlef, Algeria and see whether there are differences in the two variables by sex, specialty, seniority. In order to introduce this idea, we have 150 teachers (man and woman) of the highest school. these teachers are from four lycées of Algiers and chlef, we use also the measure of self-esteem to “cooper smith“ and the measure of compatibility psycho- social to “zineb shakir” and has been addressed beam statistical information social sciences (spss), we find these results: 1) There is a positive relationship between the self-esteem and the psychosocial adjustment for secondary school´s teachers in the significance level (0.01). 2) There is no difference in the significance level (0.05) in the self-esteem of secondary school´s teachers according to the sex and experience. 3) There are differences in the significance level (0.01). In the self-esteem according to the change of specialty. This is positive for the scientist. 4) There is no difference in the significance level (0.05) in the social – psychological adjustment according to the sex, specialty and experience.
