هدفت الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع ممارسة القيادة الجمالية، ومستوى النزاهة التنظيمية، وعلاقتهما لدى مديرات المدارس بمحافظة حفر الباطن، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بنوعيه المسحي والارتباطي، وطبقت استبانة على عينة بلغ قوامها (133) مديرة بمدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة حفر الباطن. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، أهمها: أن واقع ممارسة القيادة الجمالية جاء بمتوسط حسابي (3.88 من 5)، بتقدير (عال) أما على مستوى المجالات؛ فحصلت الحساسية الجمالية على أعلى متوسط (4.54) وممارسة (عالية جداً) ثم الصدق الجمالي بمتوسط (3.96)، وثالثاً: النهج الجمالي (3.87) ورابعاً الدعم الجمالي (3.86) ثم التواصل الجمالي (3.55)، وأخيراً التطبيق الجمالي بمتوسط (3.50) وجميعها بممارسة (عالية)، وأما محور النزاهة التنظيمية؛ فجاء بمتوسط (3.69 من 5)، أي بمستوى (عال)، وعلى مستوى المجالات: حصلت الجودة والاتقان على أعلى متوسط (4.16) ثم المبادرة بمتوسط (3.64)، وثالثاً الإنصاف وإدارة الوقت (3.59) وجميعها بتقدير(عالية)، وأخيراً الشفافية والعدل بمتوسط (3.35) وبممارسة (متوسطة). كما بينت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية موجبة بلغت (0.81) وتعكس ارتباطاً (قوياً)؛ ودال إحصائياً عند (0.01≥α) بين القيادة الجمالية والنزاهة التنظيمية في مدارس حفر الباطن، واستناداً للنتائج؛ أوصت الباحثة مديرات المدارس ببذل المزيد من الجهد في ممارسة النزاهة التنظيمية، كما قدمت الدراسة عدة مقترحات يمكن الاستفادة منها في الدراسات اللاحقة. The study aimed at diagnosing the reality of the practice of aesthetic leadership, the level of organizational integrity, and their relationship among school principals in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate, using the descriptive approach (survey and correlative), and a questionnaire was applied to (133) principals. The study reached several results: that the reality of the practice of aesthetic leadership came with an arithmetic average (3.88 out of 5), with a grade of (high) as for the domains; Aesthetic sensitivity got the highest average (4.54), then aesthetic honesty with an average of (3.96), then: the aesthetic approach (3.87) and aesthetic support (3.86), then aesthetic communication (3.55) and aesthetic application with an average (3.50), all of which are by practicing (High), As for organizational integrity; It came with an average of (3.69 out of 5), that's at a level (high), and at the level of the domains: quality and workmanship got the highest average (4.16), then initiative with an average of (3.64), then equity and time management (3.59), all with a rating (high), and finally transparency and justice with an average (3.35) and exercise (medium). There is also a positive direct relationship, amounting to (0.81), which reflects a (strong) correlation; It's statistically significant at (α≥ 0.01) between the practice of aesthetic leadership and the level of organizational integrity in the schools of Hafr Al-Batin Governorate. Therefore, the researcher recommended the principals to exert more effort in practicing organizational integrity, and made several suggestions for the benefit of subsequent studies.
