هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لكفايات المشرف التربوي في ضوء التحول الرقمي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الدراسة بتحديد مدى امتلاك المشرفات التربويات في مدينة الرياض للكفايات التقنية اللازمة في ضوء التحول الرقمي من خلال ستة محاور هي: التخطيط، التصميم، التواصل، التقييم، البحث العلمي والتطوير المهني. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وأداة الاستبانة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من المشرفات التربويات ومشرفات التدريب في مدينة الرياض وعددهن 736مشرفة، وبلغ عدد العينة 144 مشرفة ومدربة، وهي تمثل نسبة 18,30%. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: أن ترتيب الكفايات التقنية على حسب درجة امتلاك المشرفات التربويات ومشرفات التدريب لها كان كالتالي؛ التخطيط، التطوير المهني، التواصل، البحث العلمي، التصميم، والتقييم. وبناء عليه وضع التصور المقترح. وقدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات منها: تشكيل لجان تربوية لدراسة تطبيق التصور المقترح من خلال إعادة تحديد كفايات المشرف التربوي التقنية في ضوء التحول الرقمي، وضع دليل للمشرف التربوي يتضمن أهم الكفايات التقنية، إعداد برامج تدريبية للمشرف في ضوء هذه الكفايات بالاستعانة بخبراء في التقنية من الجامعات أو مراكز التدريب التقنية وتحديد معايير خاصة لاختيار المشرف التربوي في ضوء هذه الكفايات. The study aimed to introduce a suggested model for the competencies of the educational supervisors in view of the digital transformation. To achieve this objective, the study identified the extent of possessing of the educational supervisors in Riyadh city for the necessary technical competencies in view of the digital transformation by means six dimensions which are: planning, design, communication, assessment, scientific research, and occupational development. The study followed the descriptive survey method and used the questionnaire as its tool. The population of the study was 736 educational supervisors and training supervisors in Riyadh. The sample of the study consisted of 144 supervisors and trainers representing 18.30% of the total population. The study has reached a number of results of which the following are the most important: The order of the technical competencies according to the possession of the supervisors and trainers for these competencies was in favor of planning, occupational development, communication, scientific research, design, and assessment. On the basis of the results, the proposed model was build and the study concluded with a set of recommendations such as Forming educational committees to study the application of the proposed model by means of reconsidering the educational supervisor's technical competencies in respective of the digital transformation, preparing a guidebook for the educational supervisor including the most important technical competencies, conducting training programs for the supervisors against these competencies with the help of experts in techniques of education from the universities or from the centers of technical training, and laying down special standers for selecting educational supervisors in view of these competencies.
