هدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن درجة توافر متطلبات تحقيق الأمن التربوي بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام، وتم تحديد هذه المتطلبات في أربعة محاور هي التربية على (ثقافة الحوار، المساواة والديمقراطية، التسامح والوسطية، الانتماء)، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم بناء استبانة لتعرف رؤية الطلاب والمعلمين بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في درجة توافر هذه المتطلبات وقد اختيرت عينة عشوائية بلغت (1671) طالبا وطالبة، (257) معلم، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي انتهى البحث إلى نتائج من أهمها: أن درجة توافر متطلبات تحقيق الأمن التربوي بشكل عام جاءت متوسطة وأن هناك بعض نواحي القصور والضعف، وكان أكثر المحاور توافرا التربية على الانتماء وأقلها توافرا التربية على التسامح والوسطية، وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج اقترح البحث مجموعة من الآليات والإجراءات التي تسهم في توفير متطلبات تحقيق الأمن التربوي لدى طلاب التعليم الثانوي العام. The aim of the research was to identify the degree of availability of achieving educational security in schools of general secondary education. These requirements were identified in four dimensions of education (dialogue culture, equality and democracy, tolerance and moderation, and affiliation). To achieve this aim, a questionnaire was designed to identify the viewpoints of students and teachers of the degree of availability of these requirements. A random sample consisting of (1671) male and female students and (257) teachers was selected from a sample of schools of general secondary education at Minia governorate. The descriptive analytical approach was used in the research. It was found that the overall degree of availability of achieving educational security in schools of general secondary education was moderate with some aspects of shortage and weakness existing. The highest degree of availability of achieving educational security was that of the affiliation dimension whereas the least degree was that of the tolerance and moderation dimension. In light of these findings, a number of mechanisms and procedures were suggested that contribute in making educational security available among general secondary education students.
