تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التخطيط لإدارة الأزمات التي تواجه إدارات التعليم خلال جائحة كورونا في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم اعتماد الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات؛ حيث تم توزيعها على عينة مكونة من 150 معلم ومعلمة في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية تابعين لوزارة التربية في دولة الكويت. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن واقع التخطيط لإدارة الأزمات في المدارس الحكومية في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين حقق درجة مرتفعة، كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على أداة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الاناث، ولمتغير المؤهل الأكاديمي لصالح حملة الدكتوراه. أوصت الدراسة بالتأكيد على عملية استخدام التخطيط لإدارة الأزمات؛ لما يشكله من أهمية في تفادي الأزمات ومواجهة المشكلات المستجدة، وتنظيم برامج توعوية وتثقيفية عن التخطيط لإدارة الأزمات في إدارات التعليم في دولة الكويت. The current study aims to identify the planning for crisis management facing education departments during the COVID-19 pandemic in the State of Kuwait from the teachers’ point of view. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from a sample of 150 male and female teachers in government secondary schools. The study concluded that the actuality of crisis management planning in public schools in the State of Kuwait from the teachers’ point of view was of a high degree. Results also revealed statistically significant differences between the means of the study sample responses that can be attributed to the gender variable in favor of females, and to the academic qualification variable in favor of PhD. holders. The current study recommended emphasizing the crisis management planning process, given its importance in avoiding crises and confronting emerging problems, and holding training sessions for raising awareness and skills on crisis management planning in the educational departments in the State of Kuwait.
