هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف مستوى ممارسة سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى رئيسات الأقسام التعليمية في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة، وقياس تنوع هذا السلوك وفقا لنوع الكليات، والوقوف على الصعوبات التي قد تحد من ممارسة رئيسات الأقسام التعليمية لسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة خلال عام 2018م، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي. ولتحقيق الهدفين الأول والثاني، تم توزيع استبانة إلكترونية عن طريق عمادة البحث العلمي؛ وبلغ عدد المستجيبات 570 عضو هيئة تدريس يمثلن عينة عشوائية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة الثالث تم استخدام المقابلة (المباشرة وغير المباشرة) مع 28 من رئيسات الأقسام التعليمية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى ممارسة سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى رئيسات الأقسام التعليمية في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس كان متوسطا؛ بمتوسط حسابي 3.27، وأنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً وفقاً لنوع الكلية (إنسانية أو علمية) عدا مجال الروح الرياضية كانت دالة في اتجاه فئة الكليات الانسانية، وكذلك مجال الامتثال دالة في اتجاه فئة الكليات العلمية، كما تبين وجود عدد من الصعوبات التي قد تحد من ممارستهن لسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية. This study aims to identify the level of practice of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among the Heads of Educational Departments (HED) at Princess Nourah University (PNU) from the perspective of the faculty members. It also aims to identify differences that can be attributed to the college type and the HED perspectives of the difficulties that may limit their practice of OCB. The research adopted the descriptive survey method. To achieve the 1st and 2nd objectives of the study, an electronic questionnaire was distributed through the Deanship of Scientific Research; to a sample of 570 faculty members, and to achieve the 3rd goal both direct and indirect interviews were conducted with 28 of the HED. Findings revealed that the level of practice of OCB among the HED at PNU as perceived by the faculty members was medium with a mean of 3.27. Results indicated that differences in responses from both humanitarian and scientific colleges are statistically insignificant except for the field of athletic spirit which has higher response rate from humanity colleges participants as well as the field of compliance has higher responses from scientific colleges participants. Moreover, there are several difficulties that may limit the HED practice of OCB. (Published abstract)
