استهدف البحث الكشف عن فاعلية استخدام برنامج قائم على التعلم المقلوب في تنمية مهارات التدريس المتمايز والتفكير الاستراتيجي لدى الطلاب المعلمين تخصص الرياضيات، واعتمد البحث على التصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة والتطبيق القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث، وتكونت عينة البحث من (29) طالبا وطالبة من طلاب المستوى الثالث تخصص الرياضيات بالشعبة العامة بكلية التربية بمحافظة بورسعيد بالفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الجامعي 2018-2019م، وتكونت أدوات البحث من قائمة بمهارات التدريس المتمايز، واختبار تحصيلي في المعارف المرتبطة بمهارات التدريس المتمايز، وبطاقة ملاحظة أداء الطالب المعلم لمهارات التدريس المتمايز، واختبار لمهارات التفكير الاستراتيجي، وتم تطبيق تلك الأدوات قبليا على مجموعة البحث ثم التدريس باستخدام البرنامج المقترح القائم على التعلم المقلوب، ثم تطبيق الادوات بعديا، وأشارت نتائج البحث الى وجود فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات التدريس المتمايز، واختبار مهارات التفكير الاستراتيجي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. كما أوصى البحث بالتوسع في توظيف التعلم المقلوب في تقديم المقررات التربوية في كليات التربية وخاصة مقرر طرق تدريس الرياضيات بما يضمن تطوير القدرات المهنية للطلاب. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of using a proposed program based upon flipped learning on developing skills of differentiated instruction and strategic thinking among student- teachers of mathematics. The design of this study was to follow the experimental approach of one group in addition to the pre- and post-application one. A sample of 29 students of the third level at mathematics department in Port Said Faculty of Education participated in this study in the first semester of the academic year 2018/2019. The used what follow as research tools, namely: A cognitive achievement test in knowledge related to skills of differentiated instruction, an observation card of student- teachers’ performance of skills of differentiated instruction, and a test of strategic thinking skills. This study has performed the following procedures: pre-applying of the study tools on the study sample, teaching by using the proposed program based on flipped learning, and finally post- applying the study tools. The results indicated a statistically significant difference at (0.01) level between the pre- and post-applications of the achievement test, the observation card of differentiated instruction skills, and test of strategic thinking skills for the sake of post-applications. The study recommended expanding the use of flipped learning in presenting educational courses at faculties of education in general and the mathematics course in particular in order to ensure the development of students’ professional abilities.
