هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الأبداع الإداري وإدارة موهبة طلاب المدارس المتوسطة في جمناستك الأجهزة من وجهة نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية، ومن ثم التعرف على علاقة وإسهام وأثر الإبداع الإداري بإدارة الموهبة في هذه المتوسطات في بغداد، واعتمدت الباحثتان منهج البحث الوصفي بأسلوب العلاقات الارتباطية على عينة من مدرسي التربية الرياضية المدارس المتوسطة في بغداد، الكرخ البالغ عددهم (119) مدرس اختيروا من مجتمعهم بنسبة (79.866%) بعد سحب عينة التحليل الاحصائي والاستطلاعية عشوائيا من هذا المجتمع البالغ عددهم (149) مدرس من المستمرين بالدوام الرسمي في شكيلاتهم الإدارية في المديريات العامة للتربيات الثلاث في محافظة بغداد، الكرخ للفصل الأول من العام الدراسي (2019-2020)، وبعد اعتماد وإعداد مقياسين لكل ظاهرة مبحوثة والتحقق من الأسس والمعاملات العلمية لهما، طُبقت استمارتيهما الورقيتين للمدة الممتدة من (22/12/2019) ولغاية (30/1/2020)، لتتحق الباحثتان من معالجة النتائج باستعمال نظام (SPSS-V26)، وكانت الاستخلاصات والتطبيقات في أنه تحتاج المدارس المتوسطة إلى مستوى عال من الإبداع الإداري، وإلى مستوى عال من إدارة موهبة طلاب المدارس المتوسطة في جمناستك الأجهزة، ويرتبط ويسهم ويؤثر الإبداع الإداري إيجابا بإدارة موهبة طلاب المدارس المتوسطة في جمناستك الأجهزة من وجهة نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية، ومن الضروري تكثيف الجهود وتعاونها لدعم رفع مستوى الإبداع الإداري وإدارة موهبة طلاب المدارس المتوسطة في جمناستك الأجهزة باعتماد خبرات اكاديمية رياضية في مجال الإدارة والتعلم المهاري لتوفير قاعدة من الموهبين بهذه الفعالية على وفق اسس علمية غير ارتجالية. The research aimed to identify the level of administrative creativity and talent management of intermediate school students in the gymnastics devices from the point of view of physical education teachers, and identify the relationship, contribution and effect of administrative creativity in talent management in these intermediate schools in Baghdad. The two researchers adopted the descriptive research method in the method of correlation relations on a sample of the (119) teachers of physical education, intermediate schools in Baghdad, Al-Karkh, selected from their community at a rate of (79,866%). After randomly withdrawing the sample of statistical and exploratory analysis from this community of (149) teachers who are continuing in the official hours in their administrative formations in the general directorates for the three education directorates in the governorate of Baghdad, Al-Karkh for the first semester of the academic year (2019-2020). After adopting and preparing two measures for each phenomenon studied and verifying the scientific foundations and treatments for them, their two paper forms were applied for the period from (22/12/2019) until (30/1/2020) so that the two researchers can verify that the results were processed using the (SPSS-V26) system. The researchers concluded that schools need a high level of administrative creativity as well as a high level of talent management of intermediate school students in gymnastics devices, and contributes and influence administrative creativity positively to managing the talent of intermediate school students in gymnastics devices from the point of view of physical education teachers. Moreover, it is necessary to intensify efforts and cooperation to support raising the level of administrative creativity and managing the talent of intermediate school students in gymnastics devices by adopting sports academic experiences in the field of management and skill learning to provide a base of talented people in this activity on scientific, non-improvisational foundations.
