هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاحتراق النفسي والضغوط النفسية لدى مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية في محافظة المثنى وفقا لكل من (الجنس، العمر، الحالة الاجتماعية) وتتضمن مشكلة البحث السؤال التالي: هل للضغوط النفسية والاحتراق النفسي تأثير على العمل المهني لدى مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية في محافظة المثنى، وتضمنت الأهداف التعرف على الاحتراق النفسي والضغوط النفسية لدى مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية في محافظة المثنى. والتعرف على الاحتراق النفسي والضغوط النفسية لدى مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية وفق متغير الجنس. والتعرف على الاحتراق النفسي والضغوط النفسية لدى مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية وفق متغير العمر. والتعرف على الاحتراق النفسي والضغوط النفسية لدى مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية وفق الحالة الاجتماعية (متزوج - أعزب). أما فروض البحث فقد شملت وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاحتراق النفسي والضغوط النفسية وفق كل من المتغيرات (الجنس، العمر، الحالة الاجتماعية). وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة ومشكلة البحث وقد تكون مجتمع البحث من جميع مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية في محافظة المثنى للعام الدراسي 2015- 2016 حيث بلغ العدد الكلي للمدرسين (124) مدرس ومدرسة حيث كانت نسبة العينة للمجتمع 100% وقسم الباحثان مجتمع البحث وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور- إناث) وبواقع (96) مدرس و (28) مدرسة ووفق متغير العمر (28-63) سنة للمدرسي في التربية الرياضية ووفق متغير الحالة الاجتماعية (متزوج - أعزب) من حيث كان (68) مدرس متزوج و(56) وقد أجرى الباحثان التجربة الرئيسية في 18/1/2015 على مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية المشمولة بالبحث وقد استعمل الباحثان الحقيبة الإحصائية spss. The research aimed to identify the psychological burnout and psychological pressures of physical education teachers in Al-Muthanna Governorate according to (gender, age, marital status). The research problem includes the following question: Does psychological stress and psychological burnout have an effect on the professional work of physical education teachers in the governorate of Muthanna .The researcher aimed to identify psychological burnout and psychological pressure among teachers of physical education in Al-Muthanna Governorate, identify the psychological burnout and psychological pressures of physical education teachers according to the gender variable , identify the psychological burnout and psychological pressures of physical education teachers according to the age variable, and identify psychological burnout and psychological pressures of physical education teachers according to marital status (married - single). As for the research hypotheses, it included the existence of a statistically significant relationship between burnout and psychological stress according to each of the variables (gender, age, marital status). The researchers used the descriptive approach to suit the nature and problem of the research. The research community consisted of teachers of physical education, Muthanna governorate for the academic year 5102-5102 where the total number of teachers reached (051) teachers and schools, where the sample percentage for the community was 0111. The researchers divided the research community according to the gender variable (male - female) and by (62) teachers and (58) schools and according to the age variable (58-26). One year for teachers in physical education and according to the marital status variable (married - single) in terms of (28) married teachers and (22). The two researchers conducted the main experiment on 1080885102 on physical education teachers included in the research. The researchers used the statistical package SPSS. (Published abstract)
