هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة ما هي معوقات استخدام تقنيات التعلم الإلكتروني لدى طلبة كلية إدارة الأعمال بحوطة بني تميم بجامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز وعلاقة هذه المعوقات بمعايير اللغة الإنجليزية والتخصص بالإضافة إلى التأكد من مدى مقاومة الطلبة لاستخدام التقنية في التعليم وتم توزيع استبانة وتم جمع عينة بعدد 95. ونتج عن الدراسة أنه لا علاقة واضحة بين التمكن من اللغة الإنجليزية واستخدام تقنيات التعلم الإلكتروني بالإضافة إلى أنه 79% من طلاب الكلية لديهم الوعي بأهمية توظيف التقنية في التعليم و75% منهم يرغب في زيادة معرفته لاستخدام تقنيات التعلم الإلكتروني وأيضاً أنه لا يوجد فرق بين الطلاب المتخصصين في التقنية والطلاب من التخصصات الأخرى في مجال استخدام التقنية. وأوصت الدراسة بالتالي: تدريب الطلاب على استخدام التقنية والتأكيد على موثوقيتها وتدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس على تقنيات التعلم الإلكتروني وتفعيل استخدام تقنيات التعلم الإلكتروني للكلية لكل مقرر. This research tries to figure out the obstacles of E-learning for the students of College of Business Administration in Hot at Bani Tamim in Prince Sattam Bin Abdul-Aziz University. It shows relations between these obstacles and some variables such as: the English languages and specialization. This study shows the range of students' resistance to technology. The surveys were distributed to 600 students the sample was 95. The results of this research were unexpected, there is no obvious relation between mastering English language and using E-learning techniques, 79% of students are aware of the importance of employing technology in teaching and 75% of these are willing to increase their knowledge E-learning techniques. There is no obvious difference between specialized students in technology and students from other departments. This research recommends training students and faculty on using E-learning techniques, assuring students of the reliability of them and activating the use of E-learning in every course.
