هدفت الدّراسة إلى تقصي واقع التفاعل الاجتماعي الصفي بمكوناته (المتعلم، والمعلم، والمنهج، والبيئة الصّفيّة) لدى عينة الدّراسة في محافظة ريف دمشق، والتحليل الاستراتيجي لواقع التفاعل الاجتماعي الصّفي باستخدام SWOT. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وأعدّت استبانة مكوّنةً من ثلاثة محاور و(31) بنداً، وبطاقة ملاحظةٍ للمعلم مكوّنةً من (28) بنداً، إذ طُبقت الاستبانة على عيّنة مكوّنة من (152) معلماً ومعلمةً، وبطاقة الملاحظة على عينة مكوّنة من (7) معلمين في مدارس ضاحية قدسيا للعام الدراسي 2018-2019. وخلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) أنّ البند (تؤثر نظافة المتعلم الشخصية في تفاعله مع زملائه) في الاستبانة حصل على أعلى درجة تأثير في التفاعل الإجتماعي الصّفي لتلاميذ عينة الدراسة فيما يتعلّق بمحور التفاعل بين المتعلمين؛ إذ بلغ متوسطه الحسابيّ (2.43)، بوزن نسبي (81)؛ أما بالنسبة لمحور التفاعل بين المتعلم والبيئة الصّفية حصل البند (يُسهم وجود لوحة الشرف في إثارة دافعية المتعلمين) على أعلى درجة تأثير بمتوسطه الحسابيّ (2.55)، ووزن نسبي (85)، وفي محور التفاعل بين المتعلم والمنهج حصل البند (تُسهم الوسائل التعليمية في تفاعل المتعلم مع المنهج)، على أعلى درجة تأثير بمتوسط حسابي قدره (2.51)، ووزن نسبي (83.66)، وأنّ المتوسط العام للمحاور جمعيها كان بدرجة تأثير متوسطة في التفاعل الاجتماعي الصّفي بمتوسط حسابيّ قدره (2.10)، بوزن نسبي (70). 2) أنّ البندان (يربط المعلم المعلومات الجديدة بالخبرات السابقة للمتعلم؛ ليُشكل الكل المتحد المدّرك)، و(يستخدم المعلم التعزيز الإيجابي؛ لتحقيق الأهداف التعليمية المتوقعة) في بطاقة الملاحظة حصلا على أعلى درجة أداء بمتوسط حسابي قدره (2.57) وبوزن نسبي (85.66)؛ وجاء المتوسط العام بدرجة أداء متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي قدره (1.95) وبوزن نسبي (65.13). 3) وبناءً على النتائج الكمية للاستبانة وبطاقة الملاحظة مركزة على درجتي التأثير والأداء القوية، والضعيفة منهما؛ قامت الباحثة بتحليل SWOT النوعي، واقتراح استراتيجية تعليمية الموسومة باسم (ثنائيات الصداقة) تهدف إلى تنمية التّفاعل الصّفي الاجتماعي بين المتعلمين. The study aimed to investigate the reality of classroom social interaction with its components (learner, teacher, curriculum, classroom environment) of the study sample in Damascus countryside, and strategic analysis of classroom social interaction reality using SWOT. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive method, and prepared a questionnaire consisting of three axes and (31) items, and a note for the teacher consisting of (28) items, where the questionnaire was applied to a sample of (152) teachers, and the observation card on a sample of (7) Teachers in Qudsaya schools for the academic year 2018-2019. The study concluded the following results: 1) That item (the effect of the cleanliness of the personal learner in his interaction with his colleagues) in the questionnaire obtained the highest degree of influence in the class social interaction of the students in the study sample with respect to the axis of interaction between the learners; the average arithmetic (2.43), relative weight (81) in terms of the interaction between the learner and the classroom environment, the item (the presence of the plate of honor in stimulating the motivation of the learners) has the highest effect on the average of the calculation (2.55) and the relative weight (85). In the axis of interaction between the learner and the curriculum, With the syllabus), the highest degree of effect with an average of (2.51), and weight (83.66), and that the mean of all axes was moderately affected in class social interaction with a mean of (2.10), with relative weight (70). 2) That the two items (linking the teacher new information with the previous experiences of the learner; to form the whole United aware) and (the teacher uses the positive reinforcement to achieve the expected educational objectives) in the observation card, achieving the highest performance with an average of (2.57) and a relative weight of 85.66. The general average was average performance with an average of (1.95) and a relative weight of (65.13). 3) Based on the quantitative results of the questionnaire and the observation card focused on the two degrees of influence and strong performance, and the weaker ones; the researcher analyzed the qualitative SOWT, and propose an educational strategy labeled as "friendship pairs" aimed at developing social class interaction between learners.
