يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف إلى طبيعة العلاقة بين الذكاء الشخصي وإدارة الذات لدى طالبات جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، والتعرف إلى الفروق بين المتفوقات دراسيا والمتأخرات دراسيا في الذكاء الشخصي، وكذلك التعرف إلى الفروق بين المتفوقات دراسيا والمتأخرات دراسيا في إدارة الذات، وأخيرا التعرف إلى الفروق بين المتزوجات وغير المتزوجات في إدارة الذات. وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بشقيه الارتباطي والمقارن، وتكونت العينة من (377) طالبة من طالبات جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية بمدينة الرياض، واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس الذكاء الشخصي لوالتر ماكينزي (1999) ومقياس إدارة الذات لهبة أحمد (2014)، وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.001) بين الذكاء الشخصي وبين إدارة الذات لدى طالبات جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، كما أظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.001) بين المتفوقات دراسيا والمتأخرات دراسيا في الذكاء الشخصي وإدارة الذات لصالح المتفوقات دراسيا، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتزوجات وغير المتزوجات في إدارة الذات. The study aimed to identify the relationship between personal intelligence and self-management of female students of Al Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, and to identify the differences between the outstanding students and the underachievers students in personal intelligence as well as to identify the differences between the outstanding students and the underachievers students in to Self-Management, moreover identifying the differences between married and unmarried women in self-management. The researcher used the descriptive research. The study sample consisted of (377) students of Al Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh. The researcher used the McKenzie's personal intelligence scale (1999) and Ahmed's self-management scale (2014). The results of the study indicated that: there is a positive correlation with statistically significant at the level of (0.001) between Personal intelligence and self-management among female students of Al Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, also the results showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.001) between the mean scores of the outstanding students and the underachievers students in the personal intelligence and self-management in the favor of the outstanding students, furthermore the results showed that there are no statistically significant differences between married and unmarried women in self-management.
