أن التنوع في استعمال الأساليب التدريسية خلال العملية التعليمية أصبح يشكل ضرورة ملحة لزيادة خبرات الطلاب وتشجيعهم على التفكير باستعمال مهارات البحث العلمي كجمع المعلومات وتحليلها وتركيبها واتخاذ القرارات بخصوصها. أن اتباع المدرس أسلوبا تدريسيا واحدا أو أساليب لا تتناسب مع قابليات الطالب ونوع المهارة المراد تعلمها وتطويرها وتركيزه على الأساليب التي يعتمد فيها على نشاطه وجهده بكونه صانعا لمعظم القرارات المتعلقة بتعلم المهارات المختلفة وتطويرها ويبقى الطالب رهنا بتنفيذ وأداء المطلوب منه دون إعطائه فرصة أن يعيش متعة التعلم بنفسه، لذا بات من الضروري التقليل من الأساليب التقليدية في تقديم المعلومات والتي تستعمل في تطوير أداء المهارات الأساس بالكرة الطائرة ومنها مهارتي حائط الصد والدفاع عن الملعب والعمل على استعمال أساليب غير متبعة يتم فيها التركيز على نشاط الطالب وجهده بجعله عنصرا فاعلا في العملية التعليمية. فضلا عن حاجة الطلاب إلى أساليب تراعي الفروق الفردية بينهم. ولهذا كله ارتأت الباحثة تجريب أسلوب الاكتشاف الموجه الذي يدفع الطالب إلى الاعتماد على جهده -قدر الإمكان- لتحقيق التعلم والتطور الأفضل. ويهدف البحث إلى معرفة: 1) تأثير أسلوب الاكتشاف الموجه في تطوير أداء مهارتي حائط الصد والدفاع عن الملعب بالكرة الطائرة للطلاب. 2) تأثير الأسلوب المتبع (من قبل المدرس) في تطوير أداء مهارتي حائط الصد والدفاع عن الملعب بالكرة الطائرة للطلاب. 3) أفضلية الأسلوبين الاكتشاف الموجه والمتبع في تطوير أداء مهارتي حائط الصد والدفاع عن الملعب بالكرة الطائرة للطلاب. The diversity in the use of teaching methods during the educational process has become an urgent necessity to increase the experiences of students and encourage them to think using scientific research skills such as gathering information, analyzing and synthesizing and making decisions about them. The teacher adopts one teaching method or methods that are not commensurate with the capabilities of the student and the type of skill to be learned and developed and focuses on the methods in which he depends on his activity and effort by being the maker of most decisions related to learning and developing different skills and the student remains subject to the implementation and performance required of him without giving him an opportunity to live the pleasure of learning on his own. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the traditional methods of providing information that are used in developing the performance of basic skills in volleyball, including the skills of the blocking wall and court defense skills of defense and work on the use of non-followed methods in which it is concentrated on student activity and effort making an effective element in the educational process. In addition to the students' need for methods that take into account the individual differences between them. For this reason, the researcher decided to conduct experiment of a method of targeted discovery that makes the student to rely on his effort as much as possible, to achieve better learning and development. The research aims to identify: 1) The effect of the targeted discovery method on developing the performance of the blocking wall and court defense skills among volleyball students. 2) The effect of the method used (by the teacher) on developing the performance of the blocking wall and court defense skills among volleyball students. 3) The superiority of the two methods of targeted discovery in developing the performance of blocking wall and court defense skills among volleyball students.
