هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأداء الأكاديمي للأقسام العلمية بجامعة المنوفية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس ببعض الكليات النظرية والعلمية بجامعة المنوفية، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى وتم الإعتماد على الإستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وتكونت العينة من (195) عضو هيئة تدريس بجامعة المنوفية، قامت الباحثة بتصميم استبانة كأداة للتعرف على واقع أداء الأقسام العلمية بجامعة المنوفية، وكذلك التعرف على درجة موافقتهم على آليات تطوير أداء الأقسام العلمية باستخدام مدخل المنظمة المتعلمة وفقا لآراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية، وتم استخدام التكرارات، والنسب المئوية، والمتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، والترتيب، اختبار(ت) T-Test، واختبار تحليل التباين أحادى الاتجاه ANOVA one way، اختبار LSD، واستخدام معامل الارتباط لبيرسون، ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأداء الأكاديىم للأقسام العلمية بالنسبة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس جاء بدرجة متوسطة، اتفاق أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية بدرجة كبيرة على آليات تفعيل أداء الاقسام الأكاديمية باستخدام مدخل المنظمة المتعلمة نظرا لما توفره من أليات هامة لتطوير أداء الأقسام الأكاديمية بجامعة المنوفية. The study aimed to identify the reality of the scientific departments at Menoufia University from the point of view of the faculty members of some theoretical and scientific colleges at the University of Menoufia. The study used the descriptive method and relied on the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, and the sample consisted of (195) faculty members at Menoufia University, the researcher designed a questionnaire as a tool to identify the reality of the performance of the scientific departments at the University of Menoufia, as well as to identify the degree of their agreement on the mechanisms of developing the performance of the scientific departments using the entrance of the learning organization according to the opinions of the faculty members at the University of Menoufia, and the frequencies, percentages, arithmetic averages, standard deviations, and arrangement were used. The T-Test, the ANOVA one way test, the LSD test, the use of the correlation coefficient of Pearson, and the Cronbach alpha coefficient, the study concluded that the reality of the performance of the scientific departments for faculty members came with a moderate degree, the agreement of the faculty members At the University of Menoufia to a large degree on the mechanisms of developing the performance of academic departments using the approach of the learning organization, given the mechanisms it provides Important for developing the performance of academic departments at Menoufia University.
