استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على دور الإدارة الجامعية في تعزيز الوعي بمتطلبات تدويل التعليم بجامعة المنوفية، وتم استخدام إجراءات المنهج الوصفي بالاستعانة بالاستبانة كأداة له، والتي تم إعدادها وتقنينها وتطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بلغ عددها (361) عضوا ممثلة للمجتمع الأصلي البالغ (2403) عضو هيئة تدريس بجامعة المنوفية، ومن أهم ما توصل إلية البحث أن دور الإدارة الجامعية في تعزيز الوعي بمتطلبات تدويل التعليم بجامعة المنوفية يتمثل فيما يتعلق بالمتطلبات الإدارية التنظيمية ب (نشر الوعي الثقافي عن عملية تدويل التعليم الجامعي وأهمية تحقيق متطلباته والفوائد التي سوف تعود علي المنظومة التعليمية من خلال تحقيقه، عقد ندوات ومؤتمرات عن أهمية التعرف علي ثقافة الآخر من خلال تطبيق متطلبات تدويل التعليم بالجامعة)، وفيما يتعلق بالمتطلبات المتعلقة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس ب (تقديم دورات تعريفية عن أهمية تطبيق تدويل التعليم بالنسبة لعضو هيئة التدريس، تطوير برامج التنمية المهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بإدخال أبعاد تدويل التعليم الجامعي بها)، وفيما يتعلق بالمتطلبات المتعلقة بالطلاب ب (تقديم دورات تدريبية لتنمية اللغات الأجنبية لدي طلاب الجامعة مع الاحتفاظ باللغة العربية، تقديم دورات لاكساب الطلاب الكفايات الأساسية للتعامل مع تقنيات المعلومات والتكنولوجيا الحديثة)، و فيما يتعلق بالمتطلبات المتعلقة بالبحث العلمي ب (تقديم دورات توعوية عن أهمية تدويل التعليم في تسهيل النشر الدولي للأبحاث العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في مجلات علمية عالمية، الاستفادة من خبرات الدول العالمية في تطوير المعامل البحثية). The current research aimed to identify the role of university administration in enhancing awareness of the requirements of internationalization of education at the University of Menoufia, and the research used descriptive curriculum procedures using the questionnaire as a tool for it, as the questionnaire was applied to a random sample of (361) members representing the original community of 2403 faculty members. At the University of Menoufia, and one of the most important findings of the research is that the role of the university administration in terms of enhancing awareness of the requirements of the internationalization of education at the University of Menoufia is as follows: The university administration b) Spreading cultural awareness about the process of internationalizing university education and the importance of achieving its requirements and the benefits that will accrue to the educational system from during its achievement, he held seminars and conferences on the importance of learning about the culture of the other through the application of the requirements of internationalization of education at the university (in relation to organizational administrative requirements), providing introductory courses on the importance of applying the internationalization of education for a faculty member, developing professional development programs for faculty members by introducing internationalization dimensions Undergraduate education (with regard to requirements related to faculty members), to provide foreign language development training courses for De university students while preserving the Arabic language, providing courses to provide students with basic competencies to deal with information technology and modern technology (in relation to requirements related to students), providing awareness courses on the importance of internationalizing education in facilitating the international publication of scientific research for faculty members in international scientific journals.
