هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن واقع الكفاية الداخلية لمعهد البعوث الإسلامية بنين بالأزهر الشريف، ورصد أهم المشكلات المؤثرة في مستوى الكفاية الداخلية لمعهد البعوث الإسلامية، واقتراح بعض التوصيات اللازمة لحل مشكلات الكفاية الداخلية لمعهد البعوث الاسلامية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك بعض المشكلات التي تواجه الكفاية الداخلية لمعهد البعوث الإسلامية ومنها: مشكلات تخص الإدارة، الطلاب، المعلمين، المرافق والخدمات، واقترحت الدراسة بعض الحلول لعلاج مشكلات الكفاية الداخلية لمعهد البعوث الإسلامية مثل: تفويض إدارة المعهد بصلاحيات توفير موارد مالية للمعهد بما يعزز دوره في زيادة فاعلية الأداء، وعقد دورات لرفع كفاءة مديري المعاهد وتدريبهم على الإشراف والتوجيه، والاستفادة من الأنشطة في التعرف على مشكلات الطلاب، والتغلب عليها بمساعدة المرشد الطلابي، وإنشاء موقع إلكتروني لتعزيز التواصل بين المعهد، والمجتمع الخارجي. The present study aimed to uncover the reality of the internal sufficiency of the Islamic Scholar Ships Institute in Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, to monitor the most important problems affecting the level of the internal sufficiency of the Islamic Scholar Ships Institute, and to propose some recommendations necessary to solve the internal sufficiency problems of the Islamic Scholar Ships Institute, and the study used the descriptive and analytical approach, and the study concluded that there are some of the problems facing the internal sufficiency of the Islamic Scholar Ships Institute, including: problems related to administration, students, teachers, facilities and services, and the study suggested some solutions to treat the internal sufficiency problems of the Islamic Scholar ships Institute, such as: Delegating the administration of the institute with the powers to provide financial resources to the institute In order to enhance its role in increasing the effectiveness of performance, and to hold courses to raise the efficiency of institute administrators and train them in supervision and educational guidance, and to benefit from the activities in identifying students' problems and overcoming them with the help of the student advisor, and establishing a website, to enhance communication between the institute and the external community.
