هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية في المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة الباحة من وجهة نظر المعلمين واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (100) معلم من المعلمين بالمدارس الثانوية بمنطقة الباحة واستخدام الباحث أداة استبانة لجمع بيانات الدراسة وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: 1) درجة وضوح مفهوم ومبادئ الإدارة الاستراتيجية من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة كبيرة فقد جاء المتوسط العام لفقرات هذا المحور (2.58) والانحراف المعياري (0.60) والاتجاه العام للفقرات (كبيرة). 2) وجود معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية في المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة الباحة من وجهة نظر المعلمين حيث جاء المتوسط العام للفقرات (2.68) والانحراف المعياري (0.52) والاتجاه العام للفقرات (كبيرة). 3) وجود المقترحات التي تسهم في تطوير الإدارة الاستراتيجية بالمدارس الثانوية بمنطقة الباحة من وجهة نظر المعلمين حيث جاء المتوسط العام للفقرات (2.51) والانحراف المعياري (0.65) والاتجاه العام للفقرات (كبيرة). 4) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول إجابات المبحوثين عن محاور الدراسة يرجع إلى المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة وعدد الدورات والمسمى الوظيفي وأوصت الدراسة التعريف القيادات بالمدارس بأهمية تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية والعمل على وضع رؤية واضحة ورسالة وأهداف مفهومة لجميع العاملين. The objective of this research is to identify the degree of strategic management application in high schools in Al-Baha Region from the point of view of the teachers. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method. The research sample consisted of 100 teachers in high schools in Al-Baha Region. The researcher used a questionnaire to collect the study data. The results of the study found: 1) The degree of clarity of the concept and principles of strategic management from the point of view of teachers came to a large extent. The general average of the paragraphs of this axis is (2.58), the standard deviation is (0.60) and the general trend of paragraphs is (large). 2) The obstacles to the implementation of strategic management in high schools in Al-Baha Region from the point of view of the teachers. The general average of the subjects of this axis is (2.68), the standard deviation is (0.52) and the general trend of paragraphs is (large). 3) The absence of statistically significant differences on the answers of the respondents on the subject of the study is due to the scientific qualification, years of experience, number of courses and job title. 4) The study recommended that school leaders shall be aware of the importance of applying strategic management and work on developing a clear vision, mission and objectives that are understandable to all employees.
