هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصورة الذهنية المدركة للعمل التطوعي وعلاقتها بالدافعية نحو التطوع لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على الفروق في الصورة الذهنية المدركة للعمل التطوعي تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، السنة الدراسة، مكان السكن، الكلية). واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. وقد استخدم الباحث أداتين (استبيان)، الأداة الأولى لقياس الصورة الذهنية المدركة للعمل التطوعي، والأداة الثانية لقياس الدافعية نحو التطوع، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة فرع الخليل خلال الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي 2020-2021 والبالغ عددهم (3462) طالبا وطالبة. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (246) طالبا وطالبة تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة الطبقية. وقد أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصورة الذهنية المدركة للعمل التطوعي تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، السنة الدراسية، مكان السكن، الكلية). في حين أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية موجبة بين الصورة الذهنية المدركة للعمل التطوعي والدافعية نحو العمل التطوعي. This study aims to identify the perceived mental image of volunteering and its relationship to volunteer motivation among a sample of Al-Quds Open University students, as well as to identify the differences in the perceived mental image of volunteering due to variables (gender, year of study, place of residence, college). The researcher has used a correlational descriptive approach. The researcher has used two questionnaires, the first was used to measure the perceptive mental image of volunteering; the second is to measure the motivation towards volunteering. The study population may consist of (3462) Male and female students of Al-Quds Open University Hebron Branch during the first semester of the academic year 2021/2020. The study sample consisted of (246) male and female students who were chosen using the stratified sample method. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the perceptive mental image of volunteering due to the variables (gender, school year, place of residence, college), while it showed a positive relationship between the perceptive mental image of volunteerism and the motivation towards volunteer work.
