هدف البحث إلى بناء نموذج للعلاقات السببية بين أبعاد كل من رأس المال النفسي ومستوى الطموح والتدفق النفسي وراحة البال، والتحقق من ملائمة هذا النموذج لبيانات عينة البحث، وذلك على عينة من طلبة كلية التربية الفنية جامعة حلوان بلغت (231)، وقد تم تطبيق الأدوات الآتية: مقياس رأس المال النفسي لطلبة الجامعة إعداد الباحث، مقياس مستوى الطموح لطلبة الجامعة إعداد الباحث، مقياس التدفق النفسي لطلبة الجامعة إعداد الباحث، ومقياس راحة البال لطلبة الجامعة إعداد الباحث، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن ملائمة النموذج المقترح لطبيعة بيانات عينة البحث، كذلك يوجد تأثير مباشر موجب دال إحصائيا لرأس المال النفسي بأبعاده الفرعية في راحة البال، ويوجد تأثير مباشر موجب دال إحصائيا لرأس المال النفسي بأبعاده الفرعية في مستوى الطموح بأبعادها الفرعية، ويوجد تأثير مباشر دال إحصائيا لرأس المال النفسي بأبعاده الفرعية في التدفق النفسي بأبعاده الفرعية، ويوجد تأثير مباشر موجب دال إحصائيا لمستوى الطموح بأبعاده الفرعية في التدفق النفسي بأبعاده الفرعية، كذلك يوجد تأثير مباشر سالب دال إحصائيا للميل إلى الكفاح والتحمل والمثابرة كأحد أبعاد مستوى الطموح في راحة البال، ولا يوجد تأثير مباشر دال إحصائيا للتدفق النفسي بأبعاده الفرعية في راحة البال، ويوجد تأثير غير مباشر دال إحصائيا لرأس المال النفسي بأبعادها الفرعية في راحة البال عبر مستوى الطموح بأبعاده الفرعية والتدفق النفسي بأبعاده الفرعية. The current research aimed is to build a model for the causal relationships and to verify the suitability of this model for the data of the research sample, on a sample of students of the Faculty of Art Education has reached (231), the following tools have been applied: psychological capital Scale, Level of Aspiration Scale, Psychological Flow Scale, peace of mind Scale preparing the researcher, the results of the research resulted in the suitability of the proposed model for the nature of the data of the research sample, as well as the presence of statistically significant positive direct effect for Psychological capital with its sub-dimensions in Peace of Mind, as well as the presence of statistically significant positive direct effect for Psychological capital with its sub-dimensions in Level of Aspiration in its sub-dimensions, as well as the presence of statistically significant positive direct effect for Psychological capital with its sub dimensions in Psychological Flow in its sub-dimensions, as well as the presence of statistically significant positive direct effect for Level of Aspiration with its sub-dimensions in Psychological Flow in its sub dimensions, as well as the presence of statistically significant negative direct effect for A tendency to struggle, endurance and persevere in Peace of Mind, as well as the presence of an indirect positive statistically significant effect for Psychological capital with its sub-dimensions in Peace of Mind through Level of Aspiration with its sub-dimensions and Psychological Flow with its sub-dimensions.
