هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق، وأهم مبادئها وأهميتها، إلى جانب التعرف على أهم التحديات التي تواجه الدراسات العليا التربوية بالجامعات المصرية والتي تحد من تحقيقها للميزة التنافسية، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، ومن أهم نتائجها وضع رؤية مقترحة لتطوير الدراسات العليا التربوية بالجامعات المصرية في ضوء مبادئ استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية، ومن أهم التوصيات التي أشارت اليها: 1) وضع خريطة بحثية لكل قسم من الأقسام التربوية تعد وفقا لأهداف استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق وتتضمن الأولويات البحثية التي تنبع من احتياجات الجامعة، وربطها بمطالب المجتمع الحالية، وتطلعاته وطموحاته المستقبلية. 2) إنشاء قاعدة بيانات علمية الكترونية لبرامج الدراسات العليا التربوية، لتسجيل البيانات والمعلومات والرسائل والدراسات العلمية، وإعداد رابط إلكتروني يربط بين الدراسات العليا التربوية بالجامعات المصرية والعربية والعالمية، للتنسيق وتفعيل الشراكة والتوأمة العلمية بينها، والتنسيق بين الكليات المتناظرة. 3) تطبيق نظام الإشراف المشترك على البحوث والرسائل العلمية، وتشجيع البحوث البينية والنوعية. 4) العدالة في توزيع أعداد المقبولين بالدراسات العليا التربوية بما يتناسب مع الإمكانات الفعلية للأقسام من حيث عدد أعضاء هيئة التدريس وخبراتهم، وتوافر الموارد والميزانيات والتجهيزات والحاجة الفعلية للمجتمع وسوق العمل. 5) الاتجاه الجاد نحو تسويق نتائج البحوث والدراسات التربوية واستثمار المعرفة التربوية في الميادين التربوية بما يحقق الاستفادة القصوى من تطبيق نتائج البحوث. The study aimed to identify the concept of the blue ocean strategy, and its most important principles and importance, in addition to identifying the most important challenges facing postgraduate educational studies in Egyptian universities that limit their achievement of competitive advantage. Education in Egyptian universities in light of the principles of the blue ocean strategy to achieve competitive advantage includes philosophy, goals and foundations, and among the most important recommendations that she referred to: 1) Developing a research map for each of the educational departments, prepared in accordance with the objectives of the Blue Ocean Strategy and including the research priorities that stem from the university's needs, and linking them to the current community demands, aspirations and future aspirations. 2) Establishing an electronic scientific database for educational graduate studies programs, to record data, information, messages and scientific studies, and preparing an electronic link linking higher educational studies in Egyptian, Arab and international universities, for coordination and activation of scientific partnership and twinning between them, and coordination between the corresponding colleges. 3) Applying a joint supervision system for research and scientific dissertations, and encouraging inter-quality and qualitative research. 4) Equity in distributing the numbers of those admitted to postgraduate educational studies in proportion to the actual capabilities of the departments in terms of the number of faculty members and their experiences, availability of resources, budgets, equipment, and the actual needs of society and the labor market. 5) The serious trend towards marketing the results of educational research and studies and the investment of educational knowledge in the educational fields in order to achieve maximum benefit from the application of research results.
