هدف البحث الحالي إلى استقصاء فاعلية برنامج مقترح قائم على التعليم الهجين في تنمية كفايات التدريس الإبداعي وفق منحي STEM (العلوم Science - التكنولوجيا Technology - الهندسة Engineering – الرياضيات Mathematics) لدى الطلاب معلمي العلوم والرياضيات بكلية التربية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم إعداد قائمة بكفايات التدريس الإبداعي (التخطيط - التنفيذ - التقويم) وفق منحى STEM، وفي ضوء هذه القائمة تم تصميم البرنامج المقترح والمتمثل في (كتاب الطالب - دليل القائم بالتدريس – موقع إلكتروني)، كما تم إعداد أدوات البحث (اختبار تحصيل الجوانب المعرفية - بطاقة ملاحظة الجوانب الأدائية - مقياس اتجاه الجوانب الوجدانية) لكفايات التدريس الإبداعي وفق منحى STEM. كما طورا الباحثان نموذج تصميمي لتطبيق التعليم الهجين في برامج إعداد المعلمين بكلية التربية وفي ضوئه سارت إجراءات البحث. كما استخدم البحث الحالي المنهج شبه التجريبي القائم على تصميم المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة (قبلي - بعدي) مرجعي المحك (75 %)، وتكونت مجموعة البحث من الطلاب معلمي العلوم بشعبة الفيزياء وعددهم (25) طالبا وطالبة، والطلاب معلمي الرياضيات وعددهم (25) طالبا وطالبة بالفرقة الرابعة بكلية التربية جامعة مدينة السادات، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث فاعلية البرنامج المقترح القائم على التعليم الهجين في تنمية كفايات التدريس الإبداعي وفق منحي STEM لدى الطلاب معلمي العلوم والرياضيات بكلية التربية، كما تجاوز الطلاب بمجموعة البحث محك التمكن المحدد في كل من الجوانب (المعرفية - الأدائية - الوجدانية) لكفايات التدريس الإبداعي وفق منحى STEM ككل وفي مستوياتها الفرعية، وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عنه نتائج البحث تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات للبحوث المستقبلية. The current research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a proposed program based on hybrid education in developing creative teaching competencies according to the STEM (Science –Technology–Engineering–Mathematics) approach among Science and Mathematics Student Teachers at Faculty of Education. The research instruments and materials were a checklist of creative teaching competencies according to the STEM approach (planning - implementing - evaluating), the proposed program have (Student book - teacher's guide – website), an achievement test (to measure the cognitive aspects), an observation card (to measure the psychomotor aspects), and an attitude Scale (to measure the affective aspects of the creative teaching competencies according to the STEM approach), The researchers also developed a design model for applying hybrid education in teacher preparation programs at Faculties of Education, and in its light the research procedures proceeded. The design of the present research was a pre-post experimental group. The participants of the research were 25 fourth year, student teachers enrolled in Physics section, and 25 fourth year, student teachers enrolled in Mathematics section at Faculty of Education, University of Sadat City. The results of the research revealed that the research participants' levels have exceeded the specific mastery standard in each of the (cognitive- psychomotor - affective) aspects of the creative teaching competencies according to the STEM approach as a whole as well as in its sub-levels. Thus, In light of the results of the research, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented for future research. (Published abstract)
