هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقصي فاعلىة وحدة مقترحة في النانو تكنولوجي قائمة على استراتيجيات التعلىم المتمايز لتنمية الثقافة العلمية والدافعية نحو تعلم العلوم لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية ذوي أساليب التعلم المختلفة، وتكونت مجموعة البحث من (58) تلميذا وتلميذة من تلاميذ الصف الأول الإعدادي بمدرسة الجعافرة الإعدادية المشتركة بحري التابعة لإدارة دراو التعلىمية بمحافظة أسوان؛ لتطبيق تجربة البحث فيها خلال العام الدراسي 2019-2020م خلال الفصل الدراسي الثانى، وتحددت مشكلة البحث الحالي في إنخفاض مستوى الثقافة العلمية المتعلقة بتقنية النانو تكنولوجي، والدافعية نحو تعلم العلوم لدى تلاميذ الصف الأول الإعدادي، واعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج الوصفي، والمنهج التجريبي، وتوصلت الباحثة إلي نتائج مؤداها وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (05,0) بين متوسطي درجات التلاميذ مجموعة البحث في التطبيق البعدي لاختباري: الثقافة العلمية المرتبطة بتقنية النانو تكنولوجي، ومقياس الدافعية نحو تعلم العلوم، لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ونسبة الكسب المعدل لــ"بليك" كانت مقبولة بالنسبة لنمو الثقافة العلمية المرتبطة بتقنية النانو تكنولوجي، والدافعية نحو تعلم العلوم، وحجم تأثير الاستراتيجية مرتفعا بصفة عامة في كل من: الثقافة العلمية، والدافعية نحو تعلم العلوم، وبناء على نتائج البحث أوصت الباحثة بضرورة إعادة صياغة وتنظيم وحدات منهج العلوم بالصف الأول الإعدادي وفقا لــــ "استراتيجيات التعلىم المتمايز"، وتضمين وحدة النانو تكنولوجي المقترحة في مُحتوى منهج العلوم بالصف الأول الإعدادي، وعقد برامج تدريبية لمعلمي العلوم بالمرحلة الإعدادية بهدف اكسابهم المهارات والكفايات الازمة لاستخدام "استراتيجيات التعلىم المُتمايز" بنجاح في التدريس، وتبني استراتيجية واضحة من قبل الدولة؛ لنشر الوعي بالقضايا المُرتبطة بعلم وتكنولوجيا النانو، من خلال تكثيف البرامج التدريبية ذات الصلة، والنشرات التوعوية، والبرامج والإعلانات المطبوعة والمسموعة والمرئية. The aim of the current research was to investigate the effectiveness of a proposed unit and a proposed unit in nanotechnology based on differentiated instruction strategies to develop the scientific culture and motivation towards science learning among middle school students with different learning styles. Bahri Joint Preparatory School of the Drau Educational Administration in Aswan Governorate; to apply the research experience in it during the academic year 2019-2020 during the second semester, and the problem of the current research was identified in the low scientific culture related to nanotechnology, and the weak level of motivation towards science learning among first-grade middle school students, and the current research relied on the descriptive approach and the experimental approach. The researcher reached conclusions that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the mean scores of the research group in the post application of my test: the scientific culture related to nanotechnology, the measure of motivation towards science learning, in favor of the post application, and the rate of gain adjusted for "blake" was acceptable for the growth of scientific culture related to nanotechnology, the drive towards science learning, and the size of the impact of the strategy is generally high in both: scientific culture, and the drive towards science learning. Based on the research results, the Researcher recommended the necessity of reformulating and organizing the science curriculum units in the class. The first preparatory school according to the "Differentiated Instruction Strategies", and the inclusion of the proposed nanotechnology unit in the content of the science curriculum in the first intermediate grade, and the holding of programs training for middle school science teachers with the aim of providing them with the skills and competencies needed to successfully use "Differentiated Instruction Strategies" in teaching, and adopting a clear strategy by the state; To spread awareness of issues related to Nano science and nanotechnology, by intensifying relevant training programs, awareness leaflets, print, audio and video programs and advertisements.
