يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على المشكلات التعليمية والمشكلات النفسية لدى الطلبة المتميزين في المرحلة المتوسطة، وتألفت عينة البحث من (246) طالب وطالبة من مدارس المتميزين والموزعين على (4) مدارس، (2) في الكرخ الاولى و(2) في الرصافة الثانية، وقد اختيروا بالأسلوب العشوائي.وقد قامت الباحثة بإعداد اداة لقياس المشكلات التعليمية والنفسية، كما قامت باستخراج الخصائص السيكومتربة للمقياسين، وتم حساب ثبات المقياسين بطريقة الفاكرونباخ واعادة الاختبار. وتم استعمال عدد من المعالجات الاحصائية للإجابة عن اهداف البحث منها، الاختبار التائي (t-test) لعينة واحدة ولعينتين مستقلتين ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون. واظهرت النتائج ان افراد العينة لا يعانون من مشكلات تعليمية، بينما يعانون من مشكلات نفسية وبدرجة متوسطة. وان هناك فروق ذات في المشكلات التعليمية/ النفسية حسب متغير النوع بشكل عام ولصالح الذكور. وقد تم ترتيب المشكلات التعليمية والنفسية تنازليا وحسب الوزن المئوي لكل منهم للتعرف على ابرز خمس مشكلات وكالاتي: المشكلة الثامنة بلغ وزنها المئوي (80) المشكلة السادسة بلغ وزنها المئوي (68,67) المشكلة الثانية عشر بلغ وزنها المئوي (68) المشكلة الرابعة بلغ وزنها المئوي (67,67) المشكلة السادسة عشر بلغ وزنها المئوي (66,33) أما المشكلات النفسية فكانت كالاتي: المشكلة السادسة والعشرون بلغ وزنها المئوي (82,67) المشكلة الثامنة عشر بلغ وزنها المئوي (79،67) المشكلة الثالثة بلغ وزنها المئوي (78) المشكلة الخامسة عشر بلغ وزنها المئوي (77,67) المشكلة الحادية عشر بلغ وزنها المئوي (76,33) واظهرت النتائج ان هناك علاقة طردية بين المشكلات التعليمية والمشكلات النفسية حيث بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط (0,24). The present research aims at identifying the educational problems and psychological problems of distinguished students at the intermediate level. The research sample consists of (246) students who are randomly selected from four distinguished schools (2) in the Karkh\1 and (2) in the Rusafa\2. The researcher has constructed two scales for measuring the educational and psychological problems. Also, the researcher ensures the psychometric characteristics of the two scales. Cronbach’s alpha and test-retest methods are used to ensure reliability. Some statistical treatments are used to find out the aims of the research. These treatments include the one-sample t-test, two independent samples T-test, and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The results show that the sample members do not have educational problems, while they suffer from psychological problems in a moderate degree. Furthermore, there are statistically significant differences in educational/psychological problems in general according to the gender variable in favor of males. The educational and psychological problems are arranged in descending order according to their percentage to identify the five most prominent educational problems as follows: the eighth problem weights (80) the sixth problem weights (68.67) the twelfth problem weights (68) the fourth problem weights (67.67) sixteenth problem weights (66.33) the psychological problems are listed as follows: the twenty-sixth problem has reached (82.67). The eighteenth problem has reached (79.67). The third problem has reached (78). The fifteenth problem has reached (77, 67). The eleventh problem has reached (76.33). The results show that there is a direct accelerated relationship between educational problems and psychological problems since the value of the correlation coefficient is (0.24). (Published abstract)
