هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على اهم الكفايات التدريسية لمدرسي قسم التربية البدنية من وجهة نظر طلابهم وتحديد مستوياتها، وعلاقة الكفايات التدريسية لمدرسي التربية البدنية بدافعية التعلم والعلاقة بين الطلاب انفسهم مع بعض وبين الطلاب ومدرسي التربية البدنية. واقتصرت الدراسة على طلبة الصف الرابع في قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضية كلية التربية الاساسية الجامعة المستنصرية للعام الدراسي 2020-2021 والبالغ عددهم 165 موزعين بين 95 طالب و70 طالبة. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب دراسات العلاقات الارتباطية من خلال التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين الكفاءات التدريسية لمدرسي التربية الرياضية من وجهة نظر طلبتهم، فضلا عن العلاقة بين الكفاءات التدريسية للمدرسين ودافعية الطلاب للتعلم. استخدم الباحث ادوات البحث الملائمة لطبيعة اهداف ومشكلة البحث اذا تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة فضلا عن مقياس الدافعية للتعلم وكذلك استبانة للتفاعل الصفي على شكل بطاقة ملاحظة،وقد استخدم الباحث الوسائل المناسبة لطبيعة اجراءات البحث. ومن اهم نتائج البحث وجود علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية بين الكفاءات التدريسية لمدرسي التربية التربية البدنية وبين دافعية الطلاب للتعلم. The study aimed to identify the most important teaching competencies of physical education department teachers from the point of view of their students and determine their levels, and the relationship of teaching competencies of physical education teachers to the motivation of learning and the relationship between students themselves with each other and between students and physical education teachers. The study was restricted to fourth-grade students in the department of physical education and sports sciences, College of Basic Education, Al-Mustansiriya University for the academic year 2020-2021, and their number was 165 distributed between 95 male and 70 female students. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the method, relationship studies connectivity by identifying the correlational relationship between the teaching competencies of physical education teachers from the point of view of their students, as well as the relationship between the teaching competencies of teachers and students' motivation to learn. The researcher used the research tools appropriate to the nature of the objectives and the problem of the research if the questionnaire was used as a tool in addition to the measure of motivation to learn as well as a questionnaire for class interaction in the form of a note card, and the rese one of the most important results of the research is the existence of a positive correlation between the teaching competencies of physical education teachers and students’ motivation to learn.
