تكمن مشكلة البحث في عدم وجود أداة قياس تقيس هذا المفهوم عند الرياضيين والكشف عنها وإنها أول دراسة عراقية (على حد علم الباحث) تتناول هذا المتغير في المجال الرياضي. أما أهداف البحث فكانت بناء وتطبيق مقياس التوجه الذاتي للاعبوا منتخب الجامعة المستنصرية بكرة اليد للموسم الدراسي 2018-2019. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي واستند الباحث بإجراءات بناء المقياس من خلال ما حصل عليه الباحث من توصيف التوجه الذاتي وتم تحديد مجالاته وذلك بعرض استمارة الاستطلاع على مجموعة من الخبراء والمختصين ووضع تعريف لكل مجال وتحددت بخمسة مجالات. واستخدم مقياس التقدير الخماسي. وبناءاً على رأي الخبراء استبقيت (53) فقرة موزعة على مجالات المقياس الخمسة. وأجرى الباحث تجربة استطلاعية على عينة من خارج عينة البحث الاساسية. بعد ذلك طبق المقياس على عينة التجربة الأساسية (عينة البناء) البالغة (105) لاعبا تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية. واستخدم الباحث أسلوبين إحصائيين لتحليل الفقرات هما أسلوب المجموعات المتطرفة وأسلوب الاتساق الداخلي. وفي ضوء النتائج الي ظهرت تم قبول الفقرات التي تحوي على قوة تمييزية لها دلالة معنوية. وتم تطبيق هذا الإجراء على جميع الفقرات كما حذفت بعض الفقرات لعدم وصولها الى مستوى المعنوية أما الصدق فتم التحقق منه باستخدام صدق المحتوى وصدق البناء وكذلك تم التحقق من الثبات بواسطة اسلوب التجزئة النصفية وألفا كرونباخ. وتم استخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لاستخراج نتائج البحث. وتوصل الباحث إلى الاستنتاجات الآتية: 1) تم التوصل إلى بناء مقياس التوجه الذاتي للاعبون المشاركون في بطولة الجامعة المستنصرية بكرة اليد2. 2) تم استخلاص (5) محاورلمقياس التوجه الذاتي للاعبي كرة اليد بناءاً على نتائج التحليل الاحصائي وقد بلغت فقرات المقياس (53) فقرة موزعة على المحاور وكالآتي: أ) العامل الأول أطلق عليه محور (الطموح) واحتوى على (10) فقرات. ب) العامل الثاني أطلق عليه محور (المنافسة) واحتوى على (11) فقرة. ج) العامل الثالث أطلق عليه محور (المكافات) واحتوى على (12) فقرة. د) العامل الرابع أطلق عليه محور (تحقيق الذات) واحتوى على (10) فقرات. ه) العامل الخامس أطلق عليه محور (القدرات البدنية) واحتوى على (11) فقرة. The importance of research lies through the researcher's approach to the concept of psychological orientation and its study in all respects. It is the first Iraqi study (to the researcher's knowledge) to address this variable in the field of sports. The problem of research lies in the lack of a measuring tool that measures this concept in athletes and reveals it, but the objectives of the research were to build a measure of the psychological orientation of the players participating in the championship of the University of Al Mustansiriyah handball for the academic year (2018-2019). The descriptive approach was used and the researcher based the procedures of building the scale through the researcher's description of psychological orientation and identified its areas by presenting the survey form to a group of experts and specialists and defining each area and defined by five areas. The five-point edifying scale was used. Based on the opinion of the experts, (53) paragraphs were retained distributed over the five areas of the scale and the researcher conducted a survey experiment on a sample outside the basic research sample. The scale was then applied to the basic trial sample (construction sample) of 105 players who were deliberately selected. The researcher used two statistical methods to analyze the paragraphs, namely the method of extremist groups and the method of internal consistency and in the light of the results that appeared, the paragraphs containing a discriminatory force have a moral significance. This procedure was applied to all paragraphs and some paragraphs were deleted because they did not reach the moral level, but honesty was verified using the sincerity of the content and the sincerity of the construction, as well as the stability was verified by the half-fragmentation method and alpha Cronbach. The statistical bag of social sciences (SPSS) was used to extract the results of the research: the researcher has reached the following conclusions: 1) the construction of the measure of orientation was reached for the players participating in the championship of the University of Mustansiriyah handball 2) 5 axes were drawn to the measure of the psychological orientation of handball players based on the results of the statistical analysis and the paragraphs of the scale have reached (53) paragraphs distributed on the axes and as follows: a) the first factor was called the "ambition" axis and contained (10) paragraphs. b) The second factor was called the axis of competition and contained (11) paragraphs. c) The third factor was called the axis of the "rewards" and contained (12) paragraphs. d) The fourth factor was called the axis of "self-realization" and contained (10) paragraphs. e) The fifth factor was called the axis of "physical abilities" and contained (11) paragraphs.
