تهدف الدراسة إلى: أولا: التعرف على مدى تأثير استخدام إستراتيجية التعلم البنائي في تطوير بعض الجوانب المعرفية الخططية بكرة القدم لدى طلاب المرحلة الثالثة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة. ثانيا: بناء اختبار معرفي خططي بكرة القدم لطلاب المرحلة الثالثة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة. استخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي والمسحي لملائم تهما لطبيعة الدراسة، وكانت مجتمع البحث طلاب المرحلة الثالثة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في كل من جامعة ميسان، وجامعة البصرة، وجامعة بابل، وجامعة ذي قار للعام الدراسي (2018-2019م)، واستخدم الباحثان وسائل جمع المعلومات والبيانات ومنها المصادر، والملاحظة، والمقابلة، والاختبار والقياس، والاستبانة، والتحليل، وتم بناء الاختبار المعرفي الخططي باستخدام نماذج لبعض المواقف الخططية المرسومة بكرة القدم وكانت فقرات الاختبار الخططي بصورته الأولية مكون من (45) فقرة موزعة على بعض الجوانب الخططية الهجومية والدفاعية بكرة القدم، وبعد عرضه على الخبراء وجراء التحليل الإحصائي لفقراته أصبح بصورته النهائية مكون من (25) فقرة، وتم استخراج الأسس العلمية للاختبار المعرفي الخططي بكرة القدم من حيث (الصدق، والثبات، والموضوعية). وقد كانت ابرز الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي توصل إليها الباحثان:الاستنتاجات: 1) إن استخدام إستراتيجية التعلم البنائي قد كان لها دور في تطور عينة البحث في مجال المعرفة الخططية بكرة القدم المفتوحة. 2) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية ولصالح الاختبار المعرفي الخططي البعدي. التوصيات: 1) استخدام واعتماد الاختبار المعرفي الخططي بكرة القدم من قبل المدرسين والمختصين في تقويم المعرفة الخططية لدى الطلاب.2) إجراء دراسات مشابهة وزيادة البحوث في مجال الاختبارات لانها تعد وسيلة مهمة لتطوير الفعاليات الرياضية. The study aims to: first: to identify the impact of the use of constructive learning strategy in the development of some aspects of cognitive planning football in the third stage students in the faculty of physical education and sports science. Second: building a cognitive test plan football for students of the third stage in the faculty of physical education and sports science. The researchers used the experimental and survey method to suit the nature of the study. The research community was students of the third stage in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in the University of Maysan, the University of Basra, the University of Babylon, and the University of Dhi Qar for the academic year (2018-2019), and the researchers used methods of information collection the data, including sources, observation, interview, testing and measurement, questionnaire, and analysis, was built cognitive test schematic using models for some of the planned positions drawn football and the paragraphs of the test plan in its initial form consists of (45) paragraphs distributed on some aspects of the plan scientific and defensive football, and after the presentation to the experts and by the statistical analysis of its paragraphs became the ultimate picture component (25) paragraph was extracted scientific basis for testing the cognitive tactical football in terms of (honesty, consistency, and objectivity). The most prominent conclusions and recommendations reached by the researchers: conclusions: 1) the use of constructive learning strategy had a role in the development of the research sample in the field of planning knowledge in open football. 2) There are statistically significant differences in favor of the post-linear cognitive test. Recommendations: 1) the use and approval of a cognitive, linear, football test by teachers and specialists in assessing students' tactical knowledge. 2) Carrying out similar studies and increasing research in the field of tests because they are considered an important means for developing sporting events.
