The aim of the research is to evaluate the curriculum of geography for the fourth year of middle school in light of the quality standards of education, and its sample consisted of (23) teachers and schools who intentionally chose those who scored good competence in teaching geography who studied it for the fourth year of middle school for the academic year (2019-2020), and to achieve The aim of the research required that the adoption of education quality standards to evaluate the curriculum of geography for the fourth year of middle school, and thus the researcher relied on education quality standards for the year (2008) prepared by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation in the Arab Republic of Egypt, consisting of seven basic criteria, five of which were approved for The current research is based on the opinions of experts and arbitrators in this field as well as the nature of the geography approach, namely: (objectives, content and educational learning activities, learning outcomes, and sources of knowledge and technology) and includes for each of the five areas a number of sub criteria are (15, 8, 7, 9, 7), respectively, with a total of (46) criteria. The researcher has verified the validity and reliability of the tool. After that, the researcher distributed those criteria to the members of the research sample through the General Directorate of Education for the center of Dohuk Governorate and after data collection and statistical analysis using the weighted medium to extract the intensity of periods and their relative weight as well as adopting (70%) as a criterion for the budget as a hypothesis, and the results indicated that the relative weight The standards for domains is: 1) Targets (75%). 2) Content (76%). 3) Educational learning activities (76%). 4) Learning outcomes (73%). 5) Source of knowledge and technology (72%) As it becomes clear that these percentages for the five fields as a whole are greater than the hypothetical test (70%). The researcher came out with a set of conclusions that the geography subject curriculum is an acceptable approach according to the standards of educational quality and commensurate with modern scientific and technological developments as it recommended a number of recommendations, including adopting these evaluation criteria and conducting future studies and research.
