The educational process represents the centerpiece of the progress of societies and throughout the ages, and the teacher has the primary task of developing and developing students’ abilities and teaching them skills, and that is through the use of modern educational strategies and the introduction of diversity to produce a distinctive educational mix that introduces readiness for learning and joy in the hearts of students and removes boredom from them and increases Their effectiveness in learning, and this indicates the existence of teaching strategies that achieve some aspects of learning better than others according to certain circumstances and capabilities of the teacher and the educational environment, and one of the modern strategies that depend on the use of educational technology is the Flipped Learning Strategy, which is “a learning environment in which learners reflect what is happening.” In the classroom with the tasks and assignments required of the learners through prior preparation of the topic of the lesson through video clips that are published on a social network for students to view in their homes using their smart phones before attending the lesson (1), and thus flipped learning is one of the strategies Which depends on the student's use of educational technologies and their use in the learning process, as it increases the interaction between the teacher and the student Flipped learning is concerned with the digital generation, the generation that has grown up and around it many programs and devices that require a professional teacher interested in research and digital reading skills, looking for everything new and interested in electronic culture that is in line with the characteristics of the current generation, reducing as much as possible his usual method of teaching Hence the role of flipped learning in the optimal investment of e-learning resources and directing best practices to integrate the various tools and means of technology into the curriculum effectively. Understanding how students learn is an important part of the process of choosing learning strategies. Education in most cases continues in traditional ways that completely ignore individual differences. between students and learning styles. The importance of the research lies in the fact that the complex exercises given to students during the educational units using flipped learning lead to the development of the students’ harmonic abilities, which in turn leads to the development of their performance during performance, whether in the lesson or competition because it is similar to the training case.
