استهدف البحث تصميم نموذج تعليمي إلكتروني مقترح في ضوء نموذج آشور لتنمية مهارات تصميم البورتفوليو الإلكتروني لدى طلاب الجامعة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تبنى البحث المنهج الوصفي. وتمثلت أداوت البحث في استبانة تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية من طلاب كلية التربية جامعة بيشة بلغ قوامها (40) طالباً وذلك لتحديد احتياجاتهم التعليمية اللازمة لهم لتنمية مهارات تصميم البورتفوليو الإلكتروني، وفي ضوء تلك الاحتياجات التي تم تحديدها. وفي ضوء ما ورد في الإطار النظري للبحث عن كل من البورتفوليو الإلكتروني ونموذج آشور، تم التوصل لتصور مقترح لنموذج تعليمي يمكن من خلاله تنمية مهارات تصميم البورتفوليو الإلكتروني، لدى طلاب جامعة بيشة، وكان هذا النموذج مكوناُ من العناصر التالية: 1) تحليل الأهداف التعليمية للبورتفوليو الإلكتروني، تحليل المحتوى التعليمي للبورتفوليو الإلكتروني، اختيار الوسائط المتعددة والوسائل والمواد التعليمية للبورتفوليو الإلكتروني، 2) استخدام الوسائط المتعددة والوسائل والمواد للبورتفوليو الإلكتروني، 3) اطلب المشاركة من المتعلمين للبورتفوليو الإلكتروني، التغذية الراجعة والمراجعة للبورتفوليو الإلكتروني. This study aimed to design an Electronic Instructional System in light of the ASSURE model for developing the skills of designing the electronic portfolio among university students. The descriptive method has been used to achieve the research goals. A questionnaire for determining university students’ instructional needs necessary for developing their skills of designing the electronic portfolio was applied to a random sample of students of the College of Education at the University of Bisha, (n=40). In light of those needs and the related literature, the study has reached a proposed instructional model through which the skills of designing electronic portfolio could be developed. The Electronic Instructional System consisted of the following elements: 1) Analyzing the instructional objectives of the electronic portfolio, Analyzing the instructional content of the electronic portfolio, choosing the educational materials and multimedia required for the electronic portfolio, 2) using the instructional materials and multimedia of the electronic portfolio, 3) requesting the participation of the learners of the electronic portfolio, and finally, giving feedback and reviewing the electronic portfolio.
