This research sets the sights on the impact of the counseling program using (Therapy by meaning & Modifying direction) in the development of the psychological existentialism of the orphan learners in the preparatory stage using the following null hypothesis: 1) There are no differences of statistical significance at (0.05) level among the three groups (the two experimental and the controlling group). 2) There are no differences of statistical significance at (0.05) level among the first experimental group using logo-therapy and the control group on the psychological existentialism scale in the post-test. 3) There are no differences of statistical significance at (0.05) level among the second experimental group using logo-therapy and the controlling group on the psychological existentialism scale in the post-test. 4) There are no differences of statistical significance at (0.05) level among the first experimental group using attitude change on the psychological existentialism scale in the post-test. To achieve the goal and speculations of this research, the experimental approach and three groups design (two experimental groups and a controlling group) and the pretest and post-test to these three groups were chosen. The research sample was the orphan students in the preparatory morning schools in the centre of Baquba District (Qadda) that addition to Diyala General Directorate of Education for the school year (2018-2019). The research society was (466) orphaned students of the preparatory stage. 60 of them were intentionally elected from the students who got the minimum arithmetic mean on the psychological existentialism scale. This sample were divided into three groups (two experimental groups and a controlling group) of 10 students maximum. Equality was taken in considerations using some changes. A guided program was adopted using (Logotherapy and attitude change) of Frankl. The number of sessions were 12 for each style two sessions each a week and the duration of it was 45 minutes. The statistical data were manipulated using (Kruskal Wallis test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient, Alpha-Cronbach equation, Independent two samples T test, Mann Whitney test, Weighted Average and percentage weight) The results has shown that the guidance program has an effect on the development of the psychological existentialism on the members of the experimental groups. According to the results, the researcher figured out a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
