هدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن مدى فهم تلاميذ الصف الرابع الأساسي لمفاهيم حقوق الإنسان المتضمنة في كتابي الوطنية وكتابي العلوم للصفوف من الأول للرابع، وتم اتباع المنهج الوصفي القائم على أسلوب تحليل المحتوى، والأسلوب الإمبريقي. واشتملت العينة على ثمانية كتب، ومن (560) تلميذاً من الصف الرابع الأساسي، وتكونت أدوات البحث من أداة تحليل محتوى كتب التربية الوطنية والحياتية والعلوم، واختبار لقياس مدى فهم التلاميذ لمفاهيم حقوق الإنسان، ومقابلة، وورشة عمل، وتم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، والنسبة المئوية، واختبار (t) لعينتين مستقلتين، واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي، واختبار شيفيه للمقارنات البعدية. وأظهر النتائج ما يلي: أنّ الحقوق الصحية حصلت على أعلى النسب من مفاهيم حقوق الإنسان المتضمنة في تلك الكتب، ثم الحقوق المدنية، ثم الحقوق السياسية، وتليها الحقوق الثقافية، وتليها الحقوق الاجتماعية، وأنّ الحقوق الصحية التي فهمها التلاميذ في الصف الرابع جاءت في الترتيب الأول من بين الحقوق وحصلت على متوسط نسبي (80%)، وظهور فروق دالة معنوياً بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ الصف الرابع الأساسي للمفاهيم الحقوقية للإنسان لصالح التلاميذ الذكور وظهور فروق دالة بين متوسطات درجات المفاهيم الحقوقية للإنسان لدى تلاميذ الصف الرابع الأساسي لصالح مرتفعي التحصيل. The aim of the research was to determine the extent to which fourth-graders have acquired human rights concepts embedded in basic elementary textbooks Palestine. A descriptive approach was followed based on the content analysis method and field approach, and the sample consisted of eight textbooks for national education, life and science for the first four grades, and from (560) students 4th, and research tools consisted of a tool for analyzing the content of national education textbooks, life and science, and a test to determine the level of students' understand of human rights concepts, means, percentages, and (T) test for two independent samples, ANONA, and Sheffe were used. and showed several results, including: 1) Health rights have the highest proportions in their inclusion of human rights concepts in those textbooks, civil rights, and others. 2) The health rights concentered by students in the fourth grade got the first rank by (80%). 3) There are differences between the means marks of fourth-graders for basic human rights concepts attributed in favor of males. 4) There are differences between the mean scores for students of human rights concepts among fourth-grade students attributable to the variable of the average in the subjects for the benefit of high achievement.
