هدفت الدراسة تعرف أثر توظيف استراتيجية التدريس التبادلي على تنمية مهارات الفهم القرائي لدى طالبات الصف الرابع الأساسي، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التجريبي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (64) طالبةً من طالبات الصف الرابع الأساسي في مدرسة زينب الريس الأساسية، وتضمنت أدوات الدراسة اختبارا لمهارات الفهم القرائي، وقائمة مهارات الفهم القرائي، ودليل المعلم. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروقٌ ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة(0.01=α) بين متوسطي درجات الطلبة في المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية في اختبار مهارات الفهم القرائي، ووجودُ تأثير كبير لاستراتيجية التدريس التبادلي على تنمية مهارات الفهم القرائي، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة استخدام استراتيجية التدريس التبادلي في التعليم. The study aimed at effect of employing a reciprocal teaching strategy on developing reading comprehension skills for fourth-grade female students, the study adopted the experimental approach. The study sample consisted of (64) students from the fourth primary class students in Zainab Al Rayes primary School. The study equipment a test of reading comprehension skills, a list of reading comprehension skills and Teacher guide. The results of the study found that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.01) between the average female students degrees in the experimental and control groups in favor of the experimental group in the reading comprehension skills test. and the significant impact of the reciprocal teaching strategy on developing reading comprehension skills. and the study recommended the necessity of using the reciprocal teaching strategy in education.
