هدف البحث الحالي تعرف فاعلية برنامج تعليمي قائم على التعلم الذاتي باستخدام إدارة بيئة تعلم إلكترونية متمثلة في: نظام "المودل" (Moodle)، وذلك بهدف تعرف تقنيات حديثة في المجال التدريسي، والتعلم المستقبلي متمثلة في: تقنية الهولوجرام، والاتجاه نحو استخدامها في التدريس، وطبق البحث على عينة من الطلاب المعلمين بالفرقة الرابعة بشعبتي البيولوجي وعلم النفس بكلية التربية جامعة المنصورة بلغت (160) طالبا، وقد تم إعداد مجموعة من المواد والأدوات البحثية؛ لإعداد البرنامج التعليمي، وتمثلت في: استبانة بأهم الاحتياجات التعليمية لتنمية المعرفة بتقنية الهولوجرام والاتجاه نحو استخدامها في التدريس، وبطاقة معايير تقييم البرنامج التعليمي، واستخدام خطوات التصميم التعليمي من حيث (التحليل، والتصميم، والإنتاج، والعرض والتطبيق، والتقويم)؛ لإعداد البرنامج، وتم إعداد أداتي البحث متمثلة في: اختبار المعرفة بتقنية الهولوجرام، ومقياس الاتجاه نحو استخدام تقنية الهولوجرام في التدريس، وتم اتباع المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو التصميم التجريبي للمجموعة الواحدة، حيث تم تطبيق أداتي البحث قبليا، ثم إجراء المعالجة، ثم تطبيق أداتي البحث بعديا على عينة البحث، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب المعلمين عينة البحث بالتطبيق القبلي والبعدي في أداتي البحث لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما أثبتت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب المعلمين شعبة البيولوجي وشعبة علم النفس بالتطبيق البعدي في أداتي البحث؛ مما يدل على أن البرنامج كان له فاعلية في تنمية المعرفة بتقنية الهولوجرام والاتجاه نحو استخدامها في التدريس لدى الطلاب المعلمين بكلية التربية شعبتي البيولوجي وعلم النفس. The current research objective is to define the effectiveness of a self-learning learning program using the management of an electronic learning environment represented by: Moodle system, with the aim of developing awareness of modern technologies in the teaching field, and future learning represented in Hologram technology, and applied the research to a group of students teachers (160 students) in my Department of Biology and Psychology at the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University. A range of research materials and tools have been prepared for the preparation of the tutorial in order to identify the most important educational needs for the development of awareness of the hologram technique in teaching. The parameter scoring of the tutorial, the use of educational design steps in terms of analysis, design, production, presentation and application. To prepare the proposed tutorial, the two research tools were developed in a knowledge test about the program. A measure of the trend towards the use of hologram technology in teaching, and the experimental approach was followed by the same group, where the two instruments were applied Then perform the processing, then apply the search tools remotely to the search sample. The results of the research resulted in statistically significant differences between the average grades of students teachers sample research by tribal and dimensional application. The results also showed no differences between the average grades of students in the Department of Biology and Psychology in the dimensional application of the research tools. These results indicate that the program has been effective in developing awareness of hologram technology in the process of teaching students at the Faculty of Education (the sample of research).
