هدفت الدراسة إلى التحقق من فعالية برنامج قائم على فنيات العلاج المعرفي السلوكي في خفض التوجه العدمي لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة الفيوم من مدمني شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة والمتمثلة في مقياس التوجه العدمي لدى طلبة الجامعة (إعداد الباحث) على عينة مكونة من (683) طالب وطالبة بالمرحلة الجامعية ببعض كليات جامعة الفيوم وذلك لاختيار مجموعتين من هذه العينة بناء على حساب الإرباعي الأعلى والإرباعي الأدنى، وبعد حصرهم قام الباحث بتطبيق مقياس إدمان مواقع وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة في ضوء هذا المحك (32) طالب وطالبة، وفي ضوء هذه الخطوة وقع الاختيار على (20) طالب وطالبة ممن لديهم إدمان لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين وهم: المجموعة التجريبية (10 مشاركين)، والمجموعة الضابطة (10 مشاركين). وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى: 1) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القلبي والبعدي على مقياس التوجه العدمي وأبعاده لصالح القياس البعدي. 2) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في القياس البعدي على مقياس التوجه العدمي وأبعاده لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. 3) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية ذكور والمجموعة التجريبية إناث في القياس البعدي على مقياس التوجه العدمي وأبعاده فيما عدى البعد الثالث من أبعاد المقياس وجود فروق لصالح الإناث. 4) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس التوجه العدمي وأبعاده. The study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of a program based on the techniques of cognitive-behavioral therapy in reducing nihilistic orientation among a sample of Fayoum University students who are addicted to social networks. To achieve this goal, the study tools represented in the nihilistic orientation scale of university students (prepared by the researcher) were applied to a component consisting of (683) male and female students at the university stage in some colleges of Fayoum University, to choose two groups from this sample based on the account of the higher quadrant and the lower quadrant, and after their inventory, the researcher applied a questionnaire to social media addiction, where the study sample in the light of this criterion (32) Male and female students, after a group of Steps for the selection of the experimental sample was selected (20) of the students who have an addiction to social networks were divided into two groups, namely: the experimental group (10 participants), and the control group (10 participants). The results of the study concluded that: 1) There were statistically significant differences between the ranks levels of the experimental group scores in the pre and post measurements on the scale of the nhlsti / nihilistic orientation and its dimensions in favor of the dimensional measurement. 2) There were statistically significant differences between the mean levels of the degrees of the experimental group and the control group in the dimensional measurement on the scale of the nhlsti / nihilistic orientation and its dimensions in favor of the experimental group. 3) There were no statistically significant differences between the ranks scores for the degrees of the male experimental group and the experimental group for females in the dimensional measurement on the nhlsti / nihilistic orientation scale and its dimensions, except for the third dimension of the scale, there were differences in favor of females. 4) There were no statistically significant differences between the ranks levels of the experimental group scores in the two dimensional and consecutive measurements on the scale of the nhlsti / nihilistic orientation and its dimensions ranks.
