هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد مستوى تمكن طلبة الصف التاسع الأساسي في غزة من مهارات البراعة الرياضية، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة الصف التاسع الأساسي في المدارس الحكومية- شرق غزة للعام الدراسي 2020-2019م، وبلغت عينة الدراسة J100(249) طالباً وطالبةً، تمّ اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية عنقودية. وقد أعد الباحث اختباراً لقياس البراعة الرياضية، تمّ بناؤه وفقاً لمهارات البراعة الرياضية الأربعة وهي الاستيعاب المفاهيمي، والطلاقة الإجرائية، والكفاءة الاستراتيجية، والاستدلال التكيفي، تمّ التأكد من صدق وثبات الاختبار بالطرق العلمية. وقد أسفرت النتائج عن عدم تمكن طلبة الصف التاسع الأساسي من مهارات البراعة الرياضية ككل. كما أظهرت النتائج تمكن طلبة الصف التاسع الأساسي من مهارتي الاستيعاب المفاهيمي والطلاقة الإجرائية، وعدم تمكن الطلبة من مهارتي الكفاءة الاستراتيجية والاستدلال التكيفي. وبيّنت النتائج اختلاف مستوى التمكن في مهارات البراعة الرياضية وفقاً لمتغير النوع عند كل من طلاب وطالبات الصف التاسع الأساسي، لصالح الطالبات. وقد أوصت الدراسة بتوظيف استراتيجيات وطرق وأساليب تدريسية حديثة تساهم في تنمية جميع مكونات البراعة الرياضية وخصوصاً مهارة الكفاءة الاستراتيجية، ومهارة الاستدلال التكيفي. The study aimed to determine the level of Mathematical proficiency skills among ninth grade students in Gaza. The study population consisted of all ninth grade students in government schools- east of Gaza for the academic year 2019-2020, and the study sample consisted of (249) students, Were chosen clustered randomly. The researcher used mathematical proficiency test, It was built according to the four mathematical proficiency skills, which are conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, strategic competence, and adaptive reasoning, The validity and reliability of the test has been confirmed by scientific methods. The findings of the study were as follows: Mathematical proficiency skills non mastery among ninth grade students as a whole, and the results showed that the ninth grade students mastery of conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and showed that the ninth grade students non mastery of strategic competence, and adaptive reasoning. The results showed the difference in the mastery level in Mathematical proficiency skills According to the gender variable for both ninth grade male and female students, favor female students. The study recommended employing modern teaching strategies, and methods that contribute to the development of all Mathematical proficiency skills, especially strategic competence skill, and adaptive reasoning skill.
