هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة توافر معايير الجودة في برامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية بالجامعة الإسلامية وسبل تطويرها، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبلغت عينة الدراسة من (195) طالباً وطالبة، من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (295) طالباُ وطالبة، كما استخدما استبانة مكونة من(37) فقرة، وموزعة على أربعة مجالات، كما استخدما أداة المقابلة لإعداد سبل تطوير درجة توافر معايير الجودة في برامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية بالجامعة الإسلامية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية، أن درجة توافر معايير الجودة في برامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية بالجامعة الإسلامية بلغت وزن نسبي (69.69%) وبدرجة تقدير كبيرة، وأنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة درجة توافر معايير الجودة في برامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية بالجامعة الإسلامية تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الطالبات، ومتغير التخصص لصالح المناهج وطرق التدريس. تقديم مجموعة من السبل المقترحة لتطوير درجة توافر معايير الجودة في برامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية بالجامعة الإسلامية، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام وحدة الجودة بعمل تقييم داخلي لبرامج الدراسات العليا في الجامعة، وتقديم تغذية راجعة، و إعادة النظر في اللوائح والأنظمة الجامعية لتتلاءم مع الظروف المادية والاجتماعية والأكاديمية للطلبة. The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of quality standards in graduate studies programs at the Faculty of Education at the Islamic University and ways to develop them, and to achieve the goals of the study, the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, the study sample reached (195) male and female students from the study population of (295) male and female students, as well as They used a questionnaire consisting of (37) paragraphs, distributed over four areas, and they used the interview tool to prepare ways to develop the degree of availability of quality standards in graduate programs at the College of Education at the Islamic University. The study reached the following results: 1) The degree of availability of quality standards in graduate programs at the College of Education at the Islamic University has reached a relative weight (69.69%) and with a great degree of appreciation. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) of between the mean scores of the individuals of the study sample, the degree of the availability of quality standards in graduate studies programs at the College of Education at the Islamic University attributed to the gender variable in favor of female students, and the variable of specialization in favor of curricula and teaching methods presenting a set of proposed ways to develop the degree of availability of quality standards in graduate studies programs at the Faculty of Education at the Islamic University. Among the most important recommendations, the need for the Quality Unit to conduct an internal evaluation of graduate studies programs at the university, and provide feedback, and reconsidering university regulations and systems to suit the students' physical, social and academic conditions.
