استهدفت الدراسة الكشف عن أسباب الانطفاء الوظيفي لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة شمال غزة من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم ، وقد استخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب الميداني للدراسة ، وكذا استخدمت المنهج البنائي في بناء صيغة مقترحة لعلاج الإنطفاء الوظيفي لدى المعلمين، كما استخدمت أداتين: الاستبانة التي طبقت على عينة قوامها (300) معلماً ومعلمة، ثم استخدمت المجموعة البؤرية كأداة رئيسة في المنهج البنائي. أظهرت الدراسة أن استجابة أفراد العينة على الاستبانة جاءت متوسطة بنسبة (66.40%). وقد حصل المجال الأول المتعلق بالأسباب الخارجية على درجة كبيرة وبوزن نسبي (73.40%)، في حين جاء المجال الثاني المتعلق بالأسباب الذاتية في المرتبة الثانية، وحصل على درجة متوسطة وبوزن نسبي 58.20%، وأظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدير أسباب الإنطفاء الوظيفي لصالح الذكور على حساب الإناث، في حين لم تظهر فروقاً لصالح متغيري: المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخدمة، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة والتوجيه التربوي الإسلامي اقترح الباحثان صيغة لعلاج الانطفاء الوظيفي تألفت من أربعة محاور، يندرج تحت كل محور مجموعة من الآليات. The study aimed at identifying the reasons of a job extinction for the secondary school teachers in the Governorate of North Gaza from the viewpoint of the teachers themselves. The researchers used the analytical descriptive method and the constructive method. Furthermore, two tools were used in this study: the first tool was a questionnaire applied on a sample of (300) teachers, while the second tool was a focus group used in presenting the proposed perception. Thus, the main results of the study were as the following: the responses of the study's sample had a medium degree with a relative weight (66.40%). In addition, the first field related to the external reasons had a high degree with a relative weight (73.40%), while the second field related to the self-reasons had a medium degree with a relative weight (58.20%). Moreover, there are statistically significant differences at in estimating the reasons of the job extinction for the male teachers, while there are no statistically significant differences in the variables of the academic qualification and the years of service. According to the results of the study, the researchers suggested four items to deal with the job extinction, each item has some mechanisms. (Published abstract)
