هدفت الدراسة إلى تقصّي أثر برنامج تدريبيّ مستند إلى نموذج أبعاد التعلّم في تنمية المعرفة البيداغوجيّة لدى معلمي الرياضيّات ما قبل الخدمة في الأردن. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمّ إعداد برنامج تدريبيّ مستند إلى نموذج أبعاد التعلّم لمارزانو، واختبار في المعرفة البيداغوجيّة بأربعة مجالات: معرفة المنهاج، ومعرفة إستراتيجيّات التدريس، ومعرفة الطلبة، ومعرفة التقييم. وقد شارك في هذه الدراسة (36) معلمًا من معلمي الرياضيّات ما قبل الخدمة، توزعوا بالتساوي في مجموعتين: إحداهما تجريبيّة، والأخرى ضابطة. وأظهرت نتائج التحليلات الإحصائيّة وجود فروق جوهريّة بين أداء مجموعتي الدراسة على اختبار المعرفة البيداغوجيّة البعديّ، وعلى مستوى كلّ مجال من مجالاته (المعرفة بالمنهاج، والمعرفة بإستراتيجيّات التدريس، والمعرفة بفهم الطلبة، والمعرفة بتقييم الطلبة)، ولصالح المجموعة التجريبيّة التي تعرّضت للبرنامج التدريبيّ. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، في مقدمتها الاهتمام بإعداد معلمي الرياضيّات وتدريبهم من أجل تنمية المعرفة البيداغوجيّة من خلال برامج قائمة على أبعاد التعلّم. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of a training program based on Dimensions of Learning on the development of pre-service mathematics teachers' pedagogical content knowledge (PCK). To achieve the purpose of the study, a training program based on Dimensions of Learning, and a test of pedagogical content knowledge in algebra were used. The participants were (36) pre-service mathematics teachers, distributed equally into experimental and control groups. The statistical analysis revealed significant differences in the performance of the two groups on the pedagogical content knowledge test, and on each of its domains (knowledge of the curriculum, knowledge of teaching strategies, knowledge of students, and knowledge of assessment), in favor of the experimental group, which means that there is a significant effect of the training program based on dimensions of learning on the pedagogical mathematics content knowledge. According to the results of the study, the researchers recommend the necessity of holding training programs based on the dimensions of learning, for the aim of improving and supporting mathematics teachers' pedagogical content knowledge.
