هدفت الدراسة لتعرف الاحتياجات التدريبية (التدريسية، الشخصية، العلمية) لمعلمي القرآن الكريم بجمعية فرقان من وجهة نظر معلمي ومشرفي جمعية فرقان، ومدى اختلاف تقديرات عينة الدراسة لمجالات وعبارات الاستبانة تبعًا للمتغيرات الوسيطة (الوظيفة، الجنسية، التخصص، الإجازة، مقدار الحفظ، المؤهل، عدد الدورات، سنوات الخدمة في الجمعية). وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة بلغت (104) معلمًا و(10) مشرفين، يمثلون حوالي (50%) من مجتمع الدراسة. وجاءت أهم النتائج تشير إلى أن المجال التدريسي حصل على المتوسط الأعلى في تقديرات العينة، يليه المجال العلمي والشخصي، وأن عبارات الأساليب النبوية في التربية والتربية الإيمانية والجودة في التدريس جاءت في بداية ترتيب عبارات المجال التدريسي، وعبارات مهارات الحاسب وحل المشكلات ومهارة الإقناع في بداية المجال الشخصي، وعبارات المحكم والمتشابه ومهارات التدبر ومقدمة في علم التفسير في المجال العلمي. كما أثبتت النتيجة عدم اختلاف تقديرات العينة تبعًا لخصائصهم عدا خاصيتي مؤهل العضو وتخصصه لصالح المؤهل الأعلى والتخصص الشرعي. وأوصت الدراسة بتقديم الموضوعات التدريبية فيها. واقترحت إجراء دراسة عن أسباب عزوف المواطنين عن الاستمرار في العمل مع الجمعيات، وفاعلية الدورات التدريبية المقدمة لمعلمي الجمعية، ودور البحث العلمي في تطوير الجمعيات الخيرية لتحفيظ القرآن (الواقع والمأمول). The study aims at identifying the training needs of the teachers of the Holy Quran in the Furqan Society from the point of view of the teachers and supervisors of Furqan Association and the extent to which the sample of the study differed to the fields and expressions of the questionnaire according to the intermediate variables (job, nationality, specialization, Number of sessions, years of service in the Society). The analytical descriptive method and the questionnaire tool were used to collect data from a sample of 104 teachers and 10 supervisors representing about 50% of the study population. The most important results indicate that the field of teaching obtained the highest average in the sample estimates, followed by the scientific and personal field. And that the words of the prophetic methods in education and faith education and quality in teaching came at the beginning of the order of the terms of the teaching field. And the words of computer skills, problem solving and persuasion skills at the beginning of the personal sphere. And the terms of the arbitrator and the similarities and skills of management and introduction in the science of interpretation in the scientific field. The results of the sample did not differ according to their characteristics, except for the member's qualifications and specialization. The study recommended presenting the training subjects in this research. She suggested conducting a study on the reasons of citizens' reluctance to continue working with associations, the effectiveness of the training courses offered to the teachers of the society, and the role of scientific research in the development of charities for Quran memorization (reality and hope).
