هدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة العلاقة بين فعالية الذات العامة وكل من (الذكاء الروحي - توجه الهدف)، والتحقق من وجود فروق بين (فعالية الذات العامة - الذكاء الروحي - توجه الهدف)، تبعا للمتغيرات الديمغرافية: الجنس (ذكور/إناث) والتخصص الدراسي (علمي/أدبي) ومحل السكن (ريف/مدينة)، كما هدف إلى التنبؤ بفعالية الذات العامة من الذكاء الروحي بأبعاده المختلفة، وكذلك التنبؤ بفعالية الذات العامة من توجه الهدف بأبعاده المختلفة، والتحقق من إمكانية توسط الذكاء الروحي للعلاقة بين توجه الهدف وفعالية الذات العامة، وبلغ عدد العينة الاستطلاعية (169) طالبا وطالبة من طلاب جامعة الزقازيق؛ وذلك بهدف حساب الثبات والصدق لأدوات البحث وهي عبارة عن (مقياس فاعلية الذات العامة، قائمة التقرير الذاتي للذكاء الروحي، مقياس توجه الهدف)، وبلغ عدد العينة النهائية (640) طالبا وطالبة من طلاب جامعة الزقازيق، تم اختيارهم بصورة عشوائية؛ وذلك بهدف التحقق من فروض البحث، وكانت الأساليب الإحصائية المستخدمة هي معامل الارتباط، واختبار (ت)، وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد، وتحليل الوساطة البسيط Simple Mediation Analysis، وأشارت أهم النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة موجبة بين فعالية الذات العامة وبين كل من الذكاء الروحي بجميع أبعاده ودرجته الكلية، وتوجه الهدف بجميع أبعاده ودرجته الكلية، كما توجد فروق دالة في بعد (التفكير الوجودي النقدي) كأحد أبعاد الذكاء الروحي لصالح طلاب التخصص الدراسي (علمي)، ويمكن التنبؤ بفعالية الذات العامة من ثلاثة من أبعاد الذكاء الروحي، وجميع أبعاد توجه الهدف، وأخيرا، يتوسط الذكاء الروحي العلاقة بين توجه الهدف وفعالية الذات العامة. The current research aims to establish the relationship between general self-efficacy and both of (spiritual intelligence- goal orientation), and to verify that there are differences between (general self- efficacy - spiritual intelligence goal orientation) according to demographic variables: sex (male/female), specialization (scientific/literary), and domicile (rural/city), as well as Predicting general self-efficacy from spiritual intelligence and its dimensions, as well as general self-efficacy from goal orientation and its various dimensions, and verifying the possibility of mediating spiritual intelligence the relationship between goal orientation and general self-efficacy, There were (169) students from Zagazig University; The goal is to calculate the reliability and validity of the research tools, which are the "general self-efficacy scale, spiritual intelligence scale, goal Orientation scale". The final sample was (640) students from Zagazig University, who were selected randomly; to verify research hypotheses, the statistical methods used were the Pearson’s correlation coefficient, the (t) test, the analysis of multiple Regression, and simple Mediation analysis. The most important results indicated that there is a positive correlation between general self-efficacy and spiritual intelligence in all its dimensions and overall score, and goal orientation in all its dimensions and overall score. There are significant differences in (critical existential thinking) as a dimension of spiritual intelligence for the students of the (scientific) specialization, we can predict the general self-efficacy from three dimensions of spiritual intelligence, and from various dimensions of goal orientation, Finally, spiritual intelligence mediates the relationship between goal orientation and general self-efficacy.
