هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الممارسات الشخصية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية العلوم التربوية بالجامعة الأردنية وأثرها على دافعية الإنجاز من وجهة نظر الطلبة أنفسهم. تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي. تم أخذ عينة بالطريقة العشوائية لتمثيل مجتمع العينة، إذ تكونت عينة الدراسة من (341) طالباً، وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن الممارسات الشخصية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية العلوم التربوية بالجامعة الأردنية كانت متوسطة، وأن دافعية الإنجاز لدى طلبة كلية العلوم التربوية بالجامعة الأردنية كانت متوسطة. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في استجابة أفراد العينة في أثر الممارسات الشخصية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية العلوم التربوية بالجامعة الأردنية على دافعية الإنجاز من وجهة نظر الطلبة أنفسهم تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وهناك فروق لصالح فئة جيد جداً تعزى لمتغير المعدل. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية وورش عمل لأعضاء هيئة التدريس لتطوير مهاراتهم وممارساتهم الشخصية. وضرورة تشجيع الطلبة على رفع تحصيلهم الدراسي من خلال تصميم برامج تدريبية لتدريبهم على التفكير العلمي وطرق حل المشكلات. The study aimed to identify the personal practices of faculty members in the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of Jordan and their impact on motivation achievement from the point of view of the students themselves. The study used the descriptive analytical approach. The sample chosen randomly to represent the population of the sample, where the sample of the study consisted of (341) students. The results of the study showed that the personal practices of faculty members in the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of Jordan were moderate, and the motivation achievements of the students of the faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of Jordan were moderate. In addition, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at level (α ≤0.05) in the responses of the sample’s member to the impact of the personal practices of the personal practices of faculty members in the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of Jordan on the motivation achievements from the point of view of the students themselves due the gender and qualification variables. Furthermore, there was statistically significant differences in favour of very good due to the average variable. The study recommended the need of holding training courses and workshops for the faculty members to develop their personal practices and skills. In addition, the necessity to encourage students in raising their academic achievement through training programs to train them on scientific thinking and the ways of problem solving.
