هدفت الدّراسة الكشف عن الأنماط الميسرة للتغيير لدى مديري المدارس الحكوميّة ومديراتها في محافظة جنين من وجهة نظرهم ووجهة نظر معلّميهم، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكوّن مجتمع الدّراسة من جميع مديري المدارس الحكوميّة ومديراتها في محافظة جنين، والبالغ عددهم (244) مدرسة، واختيرت عيّنة طبقّيّة قوامها (68) مدرسة حكوميّة، استخدمت استبانة تم ترجمتها ومواءمتها من الدراسات الأجنبية، وتكوّنت الاستبانة من(30) فقرة موزّعة على الانماط الميسرة للتغيير. وقد تمّ التحقق من صدقها وثباتها واتساق الأداء على فقراتها بقيمة 0.74. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج من أبرزها: (71%) من مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكوميّة في محافظة جنين يمارسون الأنماط الميسرة للتغيير عند تطبيق التغيير. 1) حصل نمط الفاعل إداريّاً أعلى درجة ممارسة بنسبة (71%)؛ بينما نمط المنفّذ أوّلاً بأوّل فأقلها ممارسة بنسبة (33%)؛ 2) وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية، في درجة ممارسة مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية للأنماط الميسرة للتغيير؛ تعزى: لمتغير المؤهل العلمي على نمطي الواثق بالآخرين، والمنفذ أولاً بأول ولصالح حملة الشهادات الدراسية العليا؛ ولمتغير مستوى المدرسة على نمطي الاجتماعي غير الرسمي، والمخطط صاحب الرؤى ولصالح مديري المدارس الأساسية؛ ولمتغير المشاركة في برنامج دبلوم القيادة المدرسية على نمط المنفذ أولاً بأول، ولصالح المشاركين ببرنامج القيادة المدرسية. في ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني الوزارة لدورات حول الأنماط الميسرة للتّغيير لمديري المدارس، وإجراء دراسات حول هذا الموضوع لندرتها. This study aimed to explore the change facilitator styles among the principals of government schools in Jenin governorate from their point of view and the view of their teachers, this study used the descriptive method. The population of this study consists of all public schools from Jenin governorate, the sample was selected to be (68) government schools. To achieve the study goals, a questionnaire was used after being translated and edited from related studies, it consists of (30) Items. The validity, reliability, and the internal consistency of the tool was verified and its value was (0.74). The results of the study showed that: (1) (71%)of the school principals in Jenin governorate used the Admin efficiency style when they implementing change; and (33%) of them used the day to day style; (2) there were significant differences in the mean value of using the change facilitator styles due to the these variables(a) the scientific qualification on each of the trust others style , and day to day style; for principals holding higher education certificates; (b) the school level on both the informal social style and the visionary style; for basic school principals, and (c) participation in the school leadership diploma program on the day to day style; for principals participating in the school leadership program. On the light of the results the study recommended for the Ministry of Education to adopt awareness course for school principals about the change facilitator styles and conducting future studies on the change facilitator styles.
