هدفت الدراسة التعرَّف على أثر القيم الدينية في ضبط السلوك الاجتماعي لدى طلبة كلية العلوم التربوية في جامعة العلوم الإسلامية العالمية في الأردن، وعلاقتها في بعض المتغيرات (الجنس، التخصص)، وإلى درجة امتلاك الطلبة للقيم الدينية، ومستوى الضبط للسلوك الاجتماعي لديهم، خلال الفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي 2018-2019. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (232) طالباً وطالبة اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية، حيث طُبِّق عليهم مقياس القيم الدينية ومقياس ضبط السلوك الاجتماعي من إعداد الباحِثَيْن بعد التحقق من دلالات صدقهما وثباتهما. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنَّ درجة امتلاك الطلبة لمنظومة القيم الدينية جاءت مرتفعة، وكذلك مستوى ضبط السلوك الاجتماعي جاء أيضاً مرتفعاً، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية بين القيم الدينية وضبط السلوك الاجتماعي، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في قوة العلاقة الارتباطية تُعزى لأثر الجنس والتخصص. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام الجامعات بتعزيز القيم الدينية لدى طلبتها من خلال الخطط الدراسية والندوات والمحاضرات والأنشطة الطلابية. The study aimed to identify the effect of Islamic values in controlling social behavior, their relation to some variables (i.e. gender, specialization), the extent to which students possess Islamic values, and the level of possessing the ability of controlling one’s social behavior -during the second semester of the academic year 2018-2019 in a sample of students of the Faculty of Education at the World Islamic Science and Education University in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (232) students who were randomly selected. After having verified the signs of the students' validity and stability, the researchers applied the scale of Islamic values and the scale of controlling social behavior. The study found that the extent to which students possess Islamic values and the level of possessing the ability of controlling one’s social behavior were high. It was also found that there is a positive correlation between Islamic values and social behavior. In addition, the results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the strength of the correlation due to gender and specialization. The study recommended universities to foster students' religious values through preparing study plans, conducting seminars, giving lectures and carrying out student activities. (Published abstract)
