هدفت الدَّراسة الحالية لكشف العلاقات السببية المباشرة والغير مباشرة لسمات الشخصية في الكفاءة الذَّاتية للمعلمين من خلال الذَّكاء الانفعالي، لدى معلمين ومعلمات تربية لواء بني كنانة في محافظة إربد، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم مقياس العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية لجون وسريفاستافا (John &Srivastava, 1999)، والمعرب من قبل العزام (2017)، ومقياس الذكاء الانفعالي المعدَّ من قبل كانج (Kang, 2017) ومقياس الكفاءة الذَّاتية للمعلمين لتشانن-موراي وهوي (Tschannen-Moran & Hoy, 2001). وتكونت عينة الدَّراسة من 288 معلمًا ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بالطريق المتيسرة. أظهرت نتائج الدَّراسة ارتفاع مؤشرات المطابقة التي تم استخدامها حيث أن جميعها حققت معاييرها، وبالتالي اعتماد النموذج السببي الافتراضي بعد الآخذ بمؤشرات التعديل. The objective of the study was to uncover the direct and indirect causal relationships of the personality traits and the self-efficacy of the teachers through the emotional intelligence of the teachers of the Bani Kenana Brigade in Irbid governorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, used scale the five major personality factors of John and Srivastava (1999), Al-Azzam (2017), Kang's (2017) emotional intelligence scale, and the self-efficacy measure of teachers of (Tschannen-Moran & Hoy, 2001), And the sample of the study consisted of 288 teachers and teachers, selected by the available way. The results of the study showed a high level of conformity indicators that were used as all of them achieved their standards, Thus adopting the default causal model after taking the adjustment indicators.
