هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على درجة الكفايات المهنية والرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي تلاميذ متعددي الإعاقة داخل البيئة الصفية وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لديهم بمحافظة الطائف. واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتمَّ استخدام استبانة لجمع البيانات واشتملت على مقياسي الكفايات المهنية، والرضا الوظيفي، وتكوَّنت عينة الدراسة من (20) معلم لتلاميذ متعددي الإعاقة داخل البيئة الصفية بمحافظة الطائف. أشارت النتائج إلى أنَّ الكفايات المهنية لدى معلمي تلاميذ متعددي الإعاقة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأنَّ درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي تلاميذ متعددي الإعاقة جاءت متوسطة أيضاً، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين الكفايات المهنية والرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي تلاميذ متعددي الإعاقة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرضا عن فرص الترقي والمجال الشخصي، وهناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين والرضا الوظيفي ككل والمجال الشخصي، وهناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرضا عن محتوى العمل والكفايات المهنية ككل، أما باقي معاملات الارتباط بين مجال الرضا الوظيفي والمجالين المعرفي المهاري فلم تكن ذات دلالة إحصائية وجميعها قيم موجبة. This study aimed to identify the degree of professional competencies of teachers of multi-disability students within the classroom environment and their relationship to job satisfaction in Taif. This study was based on the descriptive approach. A questionnaire was used to collect the data, which included the scales of professional competencies, and job satisfaction. The study sample consisted of (20) teachers of multi-disability students within the classroom environment in Taif governorate. The results indicated that the professional competencies of teachers of multi-disability students were medium, and that the degree of job satisfaction among teachers of multi-disability students was also medium. The results showed that there were a statistically significant relationship between the professional competencies and job satisfaction among teachers of multi-disability students. The results showed a statistically significant relationship between satisfaction with promotion opportunities and personal dimension. In addition, there was a statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction as a whole and personal dimension. Moreover, there was a statistically significant relationship between satisfaction with work content and professional competencies as a whole. As for the rest of the correlation coefficients between the areas of job satisfaction and the areas of cognitive skill was not statistically significant, all positive values. (Published abstract)
